Hi,

I have had SD for about 4 years now and although i had thick hair now there are anything but that. I am a 21 year old male who has been loosing hair for quite a while now. I have shown it to a dermatologist and have been told to use required shampoos for it. The flakes on my scalp have reduced but the hairloss is still their and not much of hair regrowth. I am sure its not MBP and i only had sd because i had a oily scalp and i didnt take care of it (didnt shampoo often).

My hair have lost volume and i keep a short hairstyle i am taking care of my diet and health but even though there is sign of improvement with scalp flakes and scales i dont know that if my hair will grow back. I have a patchy front hairline and thin area (density) also specially in front of my hairline. My edges have almost disappeared and there are always a few hair on my pillow when i wake up :( Due to it being patchy i am sure its nor mbp and i also have had the test done so nothing is wrong in that scenario.

I have tried ACV and am doing it weekly once, i rotate my shampoos and prefer not to apply oil on my scalp as i already have a oily scalp and the cause of my sd was sebum so i dont want to encourage that. There are signs of improvement with sd but i dont know if my patchy hairline will regrow and the volume will return (most of it) as i only have ever had sd on my scalp. PLEASE HELP me as i am in quite a lot of stress, as it has been about 4 years now and i am not sure if my hair will grow back let alone stop falling!

Will my hairloss recover? they do say that it is a temporary hair loss but i have had it for 4 years now so will it regrow? if yes, then how long will it take? and what can i do to help it regrow?

Thanks a bunch, Rudy :)

Does it look like you're still balding? Do you still have a full head of hair?
