Im 27 yrs old. It looks like man around the 20s and 30s has it more.

I startes having after unprotected sex a week ago. But im starting to think is in OUR DIET. I dont a lot of water. Lots of sugar. No exercise.

So i think if we start drinking just water a lot of water for a month. Will wash it away.

Keep off the masturbation for a few weeks.

Hello, did you ever find the cause of the tingling after sex? Did it finally go away? My boyfriend is experiencing the same thing and we do not know what's causing it.

i have similar issue. I also have unprotected sex with my current gf (2/14) and i have those tickle feeling in next 2 weeks. (*It only tickle while im pee and nothing serious, my shaft feel tickle if i rub it).
i dont see any pimple, discolor, or unnormal color etc. My tickle in my penis wasn't serious as other people.

Also i drank couple cans of (Coke, Root Beer) a day on those week. Not sure if sugar is an issue that could cause the problem.

As 3/27/2016 it seem my tickles is getting better than few weeks ago.. I guess less sugar, drink more water, wash daily, Pee completely.

Just add up from previous post.

After performed unprotected sex and she also on her last day period. I recalled i think i used (isopropyl alcohol 50%) on a toilet paper and i also run water on the toilet paper. I know using isopropyl alcohol directly on penis is bad idea. i should wash it off with warm water, but i dont want her noticed i was cleaning my penis while i was in the bathroom. The reason I cleaning with alcohol because either from (vagina or condom) are terrible smell.

Im still with my gf and i know she didn't have any disease. I just wondering if that could be the ticklish from (isopropyl alcohol 50%) that could damage my penis tips.

Who said cleaning it with isopropyl alcohol is a bad idea? I've been using it on a cotton ball to clean my penis and inner foreskin with the foreskin pulled back tight to expose all of the inner side and my head and corona and behind the rim completely for over 40 years. When I decided to desensitize my glans I began using the alcohol to clean it so it would be super clean and dry for touching and rubbing it without my fingers sticking to it. It felt so good I have done that ever since and I masturbate by dry rubbing it. I can't find any ill effects from the alcohol or the dry rubbing, just pleasure. I even open the tip to wipe the inner sides of the end to get that completely clean and dry so it won't get sore from rubbing the tip.

Isopropyl really feels nice when applying it to the inner foreskin and glans. It starts out feeling cold, then warm, then it tingles as it dries which is a very erotic sensation.

Here is one solution.
I'm writing "one" because it might not work for everybody, but it helped me to get rid of all my symptoms within only a few weeks.

First of all, get yourself checked for any STD.
When you are sure you are clean, follow these simple steps:

1. Stop drinking coffee and see if the symptoms weaken after a few days.
They won't stop, because coffee isn't the root of the problem, but coffee forces you to go pee a lot more often than usual and quitting it for a few weeks, will relax your urethra and it won't harm you.

2. See your family doctor and get the muscles of your butt checked.
Yes, you read that right. :)
I didn't have any problems with my butt muscles, nor the slightest suspicion something might be wrong down/back there, but my family doctor found out that they were very tense and cramped.
These cramped muscles irritate the nerves in your penis, hence the tingling.
(Peeing more often because of the coffee enhances the irritation).

3. Get accupuncture for the butt muscles. Or massages.
The muscles need to get relaxed. Starting with the first accupuncture treatment I could feel the tingling becoming less strong, after only 2-3 weeks I was symptom free.

I know that "cramped butt muscles" sounds very unlikely and even stupid, but I can tell you...I have tried everything else, seen every doctor available and swallowed tons of antibiotics for almost 3 years...
The only thing that had an actual, noticeable effect...were the effects of the relaxiation of those muscles and the abstinence of coffee.

When you have tried everything else, give it a shot.
It is quick, very cheap and, most important...it helps.

I hope this helps some of you.

Best wishes,
Tefane

Hey sir. I also feel that to the point that I can't even lift my left knee. It feels like I torn some groin ligaments or something.

Has anybody found anything new about this? I have the same feeling but felt it the next morning after unprotected sex.. I can only describe the feeling as wanting to go to pee because of the feeling even though empty bladder, and its like a 'mint' on my skin feeling, but on the inside of my penis at the top. Any help would be grateful!!

MY PROBLEM SOLVED - KIDNEY STONE! Guys - I may have good news for you. I had these symptoms for 2-3 months, drove me insane. Tingling end of penis off and on, middle of night. Not a urinary issue or STD. Thought it was the end of my sex life. Never had a stone and had NO other stones symptoms. Read about these undiagnosed symptoms all over, nothing about stones. Last week, BOOM, a kidney stone, took one week to pass, as got closer and closer symptoms (penis) more pronounced and became clear thats what it was all along. Today the stone passed ..... and the tingling did too. Go get a CT scan of your kidney and look for a stone!!! Good luck

Not at all odd. My symptoms presented with an L5 disc herniation. The tingling is associated with coccyx pain after sitting for extended periods of time, and gas and digestive pressure can stimulate the nerve to cause tingling. All traces back to a lower lumbar injury and sciatic nerve impingement. The pirifirmis muscle runs through the buttocks, and if tight can cause referred pain/numbness and tingling through out the various nerve bundles in the pelvic floor, including the urethra.
