Guys, I have the SAME THING!
I had an unprotected one night stand with a girl (which I regret now) and found this page to try and work out what is up.
I've read most replies here, and although it's only been a few days since I slept with her there are no symptoms like discharge or pain when peeing or anything like that. Just the tingling!
Anyway, long story shortm I read WTodd's post where he mentioned ADDERALL (the ADHD drug) and the girl I slept with was on this medication (she literally took one 2 hours before we had intercourse). I really have no idea if I am having an adverse reaction to the adderall she had taken, it seems pretty weird that I would absorb the drug in her body from her, through my penis though....
I'm going to call the clinic now to see if they can shed any light on the situation. I think it is actually quite interesting to hear that people who haven't had sex ever are experiencing this at young ages (10-16), which could mean that it is in fact something to do with the drug you are taking to surpress ADHD.
Good luck guys, I know how you feel, it's not a painful thing for me at least, but it feels like someone has put mint on my japs eye and it's really worrying if anything :/
I have the same thing and have been searching the web for answers. I havent had alot of success but diid find some intresting info about male yeast infections. How they hardly ever get properly diagnosed because the medical comunity dosent test or suspect this in males. if you read the threads almos every person with this problem first suspects an infection of some sort. It isnt until theyr tests come back negative that they began looking in a new direction. This would also explain how people who have not had sex can have this problem a s well. Another common similarity is the use of alcohol and its relation to making yeast infections worse. Also the fact that antibiotics is often perscribed for unknown infections, but they are a bad idea when dealing with a yeast infection. Try this site and judge for your self, www.yeastinfectionadvisor.com I dont know that this is the answer because i just found this information yesterday but it definitely has me thinking! Hope this helps!
Hey fellows who had this problem can you provide some feedback. Did you find any respite yet? How long did it take. Please follow up, I am in hell with this tingling problem!!
Guys exact same problem
comes up really bad and feel the urge to pee for about 25 min then it goes of untill i have to actually pee, when afterwards it starts tingling and itching again.
Feels better if i am standing and walking. Any help will be appreciated. Also the head of my penis seems redder than usual. 1
I have been dealing with this sensation for about 7 years now. It wasn't until recently that I've had health insurance and have been able to go see a doctor about this and their diagnoses so far has been all the same. Nothing found. Most recently I have been given an anti-fungal cream because the urologist thought it was fungal due to these little red bumps that are dotted on the head of my penis.
If there is a break through I will certainly let everyone know.
Two weeks ago i had unprotected sex with a friend from High school. Later in the week I found out that "the clap" is going around the college she goes to. So I do some research but nothing matches this tingling feeling. There are no warts, sores or anything like that just the tip of my penis. It tingles like i have to pee, but i dont need to then within the next few hours I will finally need to pee and then it goes away. I have an appointment to get checked tomorrow, but I was clean before the sex she was also clean. I was thinking maybe HPV, or a yeast infection. I have no idea. It doesnt hurt when i pee but it burns and that is only once in a while.
It felt good at first, I was actually taken back by it. But now it's just a weird feeling. And would like some closure.
no meds worked no doctors either, all that helped was a lot of running and gymming. took around 3 days to see a stark difference and almost 3 weeks of constant gymming and running to get rid of 95 percent of it
Hey guys, I have the same tingling feeling at the tip of my penis that most of you are describing, although I don't have any real urge to urinate. I'm just back from my 3rd visit to try and get it diagnosed. GUM clinic came back with negative results for all STIs and 1st urine sample at GPs also negative, I've just given another urine sample today.
Does anyone also have a sweaty bum as a 2nd symptom?
Will keep people posted about the latest test result.
Hope I can help here. I experienced this for the first time last night. I have been taking Methionine and TMG (trimethylclycine) and Choline/Inositol along with a vitamin B-complex lately in high dosages for the last two weeks. Im not sure which one could be responsible because I started them all at once. Last night I masturbated, not 'hard' or anything. All was well. Then I woke up at 2AM to a weird throbbing but tingling sensation in the base of my penis, I immediately thought I had to pee, so I did. But it persisted. I then rubbed some magnesium oil on my genitals to try and relax the muscle or nerve that was tingling. I was unable to sleep so I researched and found this

You see, I happened to take two capsules of Methionine that night which is 2000MG. That combined with the heightened nerve sensation in my penis from ejaculation could have caused temporary nerve damage. I immediatly took one capsule of my B-complex and slowly the throbbing-tingling decreased from about every two second to about every 10seconds then it would only happen very randomly every minute or so and then went away entirely. You see one or a few of these supplments have actually decreased my libido and I pretty much forced my self to masturbate though I was feeling too sexual. Im guessing these angered the nerve in the base of the penis. I highly recommned getting a B-complex, I use Garden of Life vitamin code. Also take NaC and TMG supplements to see if these will tonify the annoyed nerve in the penis. Hope this helps! I cant provide a definite answere because my issue was complicated due to the many supplments I have been taking in the last couple weeks(several more than I listed above but I dont think related to issue). The least I can do is provide my testimonial with information as to what worked for me to bring down the tingling sensation. I write this the next morning completely fine as if nothing had happened. God Bless!
Hi Guys
Found another thread on this website about a guy who went to his doctor, and his doctor told him to stop drinking diet drinks. I had the same issue as you guys for about a month, however, I stopped my consumption of diet drinks and the tingling seems to have gone away.
If you drink a lot of diet drinks, I would try stopping these for a few weeks to see if this helps - it seemed to have helped me, but it is only a few weeks.
Sweet
