Weight is something that no one can tell you a "perfect" example, because in real life, nothing is perfect. I am 15, 5' 11" and I am 165 pounds. I feel fat, but I am not. It is impossible to lose 30 pounds in a month. Depending on your body type, your weight might be right for you. If you are 100 positive, then all you have to do is go to the gym, play a sport, or just play around outside. When I was 187 at age 12 with a BMI of 47.29, I goined the football team. In one season I lost 15 pounds. That does not sound like much, but I have been at it for three years. Again I am now 165 with a BMI of 7.26. A good way to start is to go to the gym three times a week, over the summer if you do do sports in the fall/winter(football, wrestling, basketball, ect.). If you don't do sports then go to the gym three times a week all year. It sounds hard, but if you think about it, it is easy. If you are 14 and you go to the gym three times a week, no matter how out of shape you are, you WILL ALWAYS have more energy to do it then if you were, say 34 and in the same shape. Many workouts provide "fat burners" that your body needs to burn off the fat. Most people think fat is something useless. They are wrong. Fat is your body's storage house. This goes for any one, male, female, even she male, working out is a perfect way to burn fat and gain muscle. Now losing 32 pounds (preveous post) is un-healthy, what you want to do is replace that 32 pounds of fat with muscle. Now DO NOT hate fat because of what you see on tv or from what people tell you. You need fat to live. If you have 1 percent body fat you WILL freeze to death in 90 digree weather. At is something you need. But it can kill you. Every person must have a different body fat percentage to live. Again all you have to do is workout often in a normal pattern. The best thing would be Monday, Wednesday, Friday, Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday. Every two weeks you should complete a 7 day workout cycle. Again, work out three to four times a week is all you have to do to get into shape. It will take longer then others but that's what you do. After that you should eat less and eat better things. Form example salad has been scientificly found that, if eaten befor dinner, Salad can help you digest more nutrition, and help get rid of more waist. Workout and eating right is what you need to do.

I know how you feel, I weigh 197lbs and i dont like how i look. but stick to exercise and diet and you will lose, it won't happen over night or in a few days. It takes time and you will see results in a month. Just stick to it and you'll do Great. Goodluck :-D
I understand what you are going thru... I am 12 and I weigh 193 pounds. When I go to school I feel like a big huge cow or blimp. Me and my mom are going on a diet tomorrow and I am excited. But I know its alot of work. I just want to feel pretty and fit in all of the cute small clothes that everyone else can wear. Last month at school my friend said something and I said what and he said "Did you get fater?" i wanted to go in a corner and cry for 6 months, but I let it go and I am trying now. I have two friends that I know would never say anything about my weight, but I dont want to live like this. There was this girl at my school who asked my why I wore the same pants two fridays in a row ( we can only wear jeans on fridays if we pay $1 ) and I had to lie so I didnt say it was my only pants that I could wear to school that fit. What I am saying is let it go in one ear and out the other and try your hardest and thats all you can do. Sorry your going thru it too but your not the only one. Be strong, I kow its hard. When I go to P.E. at school its hard for me to run a lap around the track, its going to change for me and you. Hang in there. ;-)

im 12 and i gott the same problem and i am 141 pounds im embarus to tell my weight and my mom keep on tell imma streght out and im 5.4 and i jogg every morring and i dont feel a difference. :-( %-)

What to worry about is CARBS which is what makes you fat because it is the fat and sugar on labels suger turns to fat ! well its a major problem for everyone.millions of people having this problem and they trying to get rod of this.for this they often go to gym and doing workout there just because of losing belly fat.i also do the same thing.so i suggest you to do excercise and reduce your stomach fat and be safe from diseases.

just do excercise and avoid junk food.try to eat frsh food and fresh vegetable then you will be lose weight.
