Hey, I am 12 years old, going on 13. I am 130 pounds and most of my classmates are skinny. I want to be skinny. I tried everything. Help me please! !

what you shpuld do is make a plan. you have to eat less than 2000 calories a day. try to eat salad without dressing. excersize everyday.

im 12 yrs old i weigh 115 lbs my family says im fat well not really but i look fat i dont know what to do i tried looking for exercises to lose belly fat but there arent any good ones so if someone knows how i can lose belly fat please help!!!

:-D okay heyyyyy i just want to say if you want to loose wait you have to do the work stop eating junk have water allways by your side dont eat late have a schedele or a food chart of calories want to know somthing cool i'm 12 years old right know i did all of things i just listed and i use too weight 163 and know i weight 104 pounds i'm so happy and if i can do it you can too girl...... :-) you can do it!!!!

Hey, I know how you feel. I weigh 125 pounds and im just 10 years old! Iv tried every thing! Push ups, sit ups, crunches, and every thing but it just wont work! dont feel life your the only one thats fat! im the same way :-( Dont worry! Again, your not alone!

Hi , I sorta of have the same problem . I'm 13 and I'm 122 pounds . I need to lose weight and I have already been doing this workout with my skinny as anything brother . Lol . But we having a boxing bag down my basement and cones to run and work on agility. Brunches and push ups too . I'm up to 50 push UPS. I can't wait to see results . ~ a rehabilitated overweight teen who realized she was just fat and decided.to make a difference.

i am 12 also i weigh alot more than u though i weigh 168.5 pounds i have to loose the weight so i need help with loosing my stupid wieght i can not even beleive that i let myself get this fat

Hi im also 12 years old but i way about 130lb i want to loose weight too. I understand how you feel but if you want to loose weight the best that you can do is just stick with your exercising and u need to do it more than a week and need to be committed to it. Your not going to see results that fast you probably have to wait a month or so. I know it seems hard and such a long time to wait but at the end it'll all pay off and you WILL be happy and you won't regret anything. If you took time to to gain that much weight then it's going to take time to get it off. Don't starve yourself that's probably one of the worst things you could do. Sports also help you loose weight and you shouldn't care what other people think of you. Just because we're a little bigger than them doesn't mean we can't do sports. You shouldn't care what they think, after all you are doing this for yourself not for them and at the end they'll see that your skinnier and won't make fun of you just stick to what your doing and don't care what other people think because this for you! i am 12 yrs old nd i am FAT i dont like it even ma lil sis ma mum call me fat i want 2 lose weight i dont no wat ma weight is nd i dont want 2 i want 2 lose like a few pounds or a lil bit morei want an easy way 2 lose sum weight nd fast b4 ma 13:D in a few weeks nd i want 2 impress a boy who is really cute i asked him out but he said no coz he thinks i am a bit over weight i cried after. your 12 you are still unsure about your body...it is completely and utterly unhealthy to lose 30 pounds in a month instead why dont you change your diet and start excerising and make a goal to change your life for the healthier before you turn 13 u can lose the weight but it will take a while and you should work on ur self cofindence to because if not no matter how much weight you lose youll still be self conscious

I have the same problem but I am about 145 lbs. I stay active and drink TONS of water..........but the biggest problems are my legs and stomache.....people tell me I'm not fat. I dont think of it as fat I think of it as muscle...my legs are hard as rock. My best advice would be to stay active, drink water, and find clothes that dont make your body LOOK fat. For example i find wide neck t-Shirts and skinny flare jeans. Just stay positive we are both young and just be smart about your decisions! :D :D :D :D :D

I know how you feel, its horrible when people laugh at you b/c of your weight I'm about 130-140 pounds I'm 5'3" my parents say that's okay for your height but I don't feel like it and I have a belly too ( a pretty big one) I started to feel better about myself though when I went jogging with my dad every night we jogged about 35 miles every week of course it wasn't easy but if you truely want to get skinny this is the best thing to do, you push yourself not so much too the point were you collapse but to the point were your muscles ache and your out of breath, by doing that I lost a lot of weight in a month, I'm not 100 pounds and proud of it :-D

I am 12 and I am about 95 lbs, I try to loose about 2 pounds a week drink alot of water and play out side I used to be about 110 pounds and its worked for me

Hi Everyone, I am 12 years old and im 165 pounds i would like to lose about 30 pounds in 3months trying for 10 pounds a month. In 3 months its june and i would really like to fit in too a nice bikini.

I was 168.5 pounds 3 weeks ago and then 2 weeks later i was 160 pounds. I went off that diet because my body did not lose any weight. It kind of frooze if you know what i meen. and i gained 5 pounds!!! in 1 week.

Gaining weight is never a fun thing. It can cause many health issues. Im glad alot of girls are steeping up and trying to lose the weight. I am one of those people.

I know i can do this. I have been struggling with my weight my whole life. I see all these beautiful, confident girls in the summer in there bikinies and i always want to be like that.

Part of dieting is mental. If you don't believe in your self you wont succeed. Try to eat lots of veggies and fruits. Try to stay away from carbs as much as you can as well as sugar. Exercise at least1 hour a day. I am walking with my dad every night for about 30-60min. I even bring my dog so she gets some exercise!!1

P.S print out or write a weight lose calender and right down what u ate every single day. Weigh your self every day to see your result. XD :-P
