 run 4 20 mins,get lot's of sleep, eat healthy foods(occasional snacks are ok)and swap out ice cream sodas 4 fruit smoothies(YUM)if you feel bad and other people don't think of you bad,try this . But if other people are teasing you, tell them mto shut their mouths

Well I'm a boy and ive started my"journey"  im really into dancing, and lately i've been doing online zumba, but i feel like im eating more and I really want to get a real zumba lesson. my mom..well ive talked to her all she ALWAYS SAYS is "JUST EAT HEALTHY AND EXCERSISE" like its nothing, but its hard for me to not eat junk and i feel like so alone and no one is helping me and if i talk to a friend about it they avoid the question and i just feel so lonely and I realy want to loose this weight and feel good emotionally/physically and I want to feel like im not an ugly fat boy that was a mistake that shouldve never been born.. .-.

Oh and.. I have lost 10 pounds before but it was from starving myself. and i cry so much when people make fun of me. And i feel like i shouldnt be alive when i see my brother and sister. My brother is so skinny atheltic and smart and so is my sister and no one pays attention to me. i feel like when we have guests over they say in there head "Whos that fat boy? hes nothing compared to them"

OK! IM SICK OF THIS FAT BEING ON MY BODY!! I HAVE THE SAME PROBLEM AS ALL OF YOU AND ITS SICKENING! I HATE GETTING DRESSED IN THE MORNING CUZ I HAVE 2 LOOK AT MYSELF IN THE MIRROR! I know how you feel and how nobody understands and i also thought that if i just cut my stomach i would be skinny but this is what ive done so far. i put up pictures of biggest lser b4 and after photos and my mom agreed that if i loose a certain amount of weight she would give me something.. NOT FOOD! i really like dancing so i got into zumba and so far ive lost about 5 pounds and it hasnt been very long. I know you can do it its so hard but we are all here for you and we know you can do it

I had the same problem. I was 12 and 188. Now I'm 13 and 175.  Wanna know what I did?  In just four months of this i dropped 30 pounds of fat.  No starvation diet, no calorie counts, no boring tasteless food.  All I did was simple things.  i took gym as an elective  (yes, they make fun of you at first, but pretty soon I was one of them.  Doesn't matter what you weigh, they'll except you sooner or later.)  I stopped eating proccessed foods-no twinkies dounuts so-called "weight loss bars"-best way to lose weight ever is eating natural foods.  That doesn't mean you give up taste but remember, SUGAR IS YOUR GREATEST ENEMY!!!!!!!!!!!!  And that whole, "no carbohydrates or fat alowd diets"  are big pieces of @#$%&*.  Turns out you need these to burn fat.  That's right you NEED fat to BURN fat.  Am I crazy?  Probably, but i'm telling you the truth about this.  i know it's not a "lose thirty pounds in thirty days" diets, but this will help you out in the long run way better than any special K challenge.  Just google which fats are healthy, which to avoid, and you'll see a difference.  By the way, cinnamon trocks your body into burning even more calories, so try to work in more cinnamon in your diet.  BTW, the only reason there's not a big difference in my weight is becuase I gaiined aLOT of muscle mass.  If all this doesn't help you, then suck it up and listen to Mika's "Big Girls(You Are Beautiful) lol hope I help!

im only 12 and weigh 111lbs.I am mostly mussel though.I i do 3 sports, soccer,softball,and cheerleading. i really want to know if im fat. plz reply to give me some anwsers.thanks. 8-|

i am a 12 year old boy and having the same problems. I used to be real skinny but when i get bored i est. And there is nothing else i can do. I have tryed to stay away from food when i am bored, but i just can't do it. Lately i have been getting stretch marks, and i just want to cry when i see my belly. :'(Please don't be down just so what the other people are telling you to do. I tryed excersizing but i can never stick to it!!

im about 55kgs :/ drink lots of water and sleep early, it helps your body flush out fats, use the toilet everyday, i know it sounds wierd but it gets rid of fat also

hi i am 12 and i weigh about 140.2 pounds and i wont to lose about 15 or more pounds because these little skinnie things make fun of me and i wont it to stop so how do i lose weight? i have tryed to eat healtyer but i caved in it is sooo hard i need help! i also have the mile run tomorrow and i am always the last one to come in because when i cant run anymore i walk how do i stop walking?? i also tryed to stop snacking after school but idk what happend i need help!!

I dont know what your dealing with but i am 12 and only 107 lbs. and 5' 3''. If you starve yourself you can gain more weight. I know this because my aunt is a doctor and she deals with patients calling and askin tips on how to loose weight. You need to eat regular meals because if you dont you dont have energy which makes more fat. Eat healthier snacks and excersize regularly.

I have the same problem.I'm almost 12 and i have to lose weight by june for track & field. I think you should do exercises that are healthy for a 12 year old like yoga, jogging, biking, ect. I usually take some time out on the weekend to do some exercise. I suggest doing about at least 20 minutes of exercise. Also, do some fun and healthy activities with your friends, like insted of going to the movies, go for a bike ride. I ussualy play soccer every day with my friends at school. And don't diet! It is very unhealthy. Just eat healthier foods. It is okay to eat some junk food while trying to lose weight but only in moderation! and drink lots of water. Hope this helps! ;-)

i amso very fat im 12 and i way 178lbs i trymy best to lose weight but it never works i keep on and on to try but when ppl sit there and pickand laugh that hurts and it adds stress on me that i dont need at all but im trying im on a diet rite now only 1000 caleries a day:|  well i hope i have gud luck at it:-)
