u probly hve more muscle.lift more weights and muscle will start to replace the fat. it worked for my dad. he started weight training again and lost 18 lbs. in 3 weeks.

i am 170 pounds and cant fit into any of my clothes i have no clue what to do and its sooooo hard to miss out on a juicy burger from bk   i cant stick to it and for u who said u dont need to woory about it ur terribly rong  im not popular im compared to the creepy dirty boys in my calss why!!!!   im never mean to these other people im as nice as i can be i get good grades and everything help me!!!!!!!!!!!!!:'(

I have the same proplem. I propaley weigh 156. A while a go people use to call me titanic. I hated that. I try but i just never stick to it. can someone help me and give me tips. HELP!!!

i know how u feel. it is ok becuz if u try 2 eat healthy snacks when u r hungry then you might start losing weight. i am also 12 and weigh 135 pounds. i know it can be hard but just stay confident!!! good luck!

Yea i'm 12 years old too and I see your problem. Yes I used to be like you. I also didn't make a habit that easy either. But I have a picture of me from when I was overweight that I kept in my room. Every morning I would look at it and it would encourage me to lose weight. I would wake up early go running outside, and ride my bike, and do whatever I felt like. I ate leaner. And I have been doing this for about a year and I look better and feel amazing. You will gain confidence, a better attidude, self- esteem, and feeling better about yourself. But first try to accept yourself. Because everyone is beutiful. Maybe some are on the outside and can be sour on the inside. And some may not be as beutiful as them on the outside but they have it on the inside, and that is where it matters most.

Im 12 years old and i weigh 100 pounds. If you really wanna loose weight i would look at eating right. Not all healthy foods are discusting plus excersise it will make a difference

I have the same place all my friends r skinny And because I am fat I only have a few friends who don't 100% like me! Everyone where's size 6 in woman i am a 14 what should I do? Every time I run around this field I am then soooo tired and have jelly legs!!

I AGREE I TRIED TO EXCERSISE but it wasnt helping all day round school i would be called names i weigh bout 172 pounds if not den more and it really just arritates me sometimes i even take pills to make me use the restroom alot so i wouldnt have to not eat or just eat a lil bit but i will be hanging in there while i try to loose this weight for the summer and its like if ur fat u get made fun of but if u r to skinny u still get made fun of for no reason!.... :'(

Yeah, I'm 12 and yeah about as much as you do. By the way your weight also depends on how tall you are. I used to weigh like 160 buy now I'm just starting to eat better. I also like to go running with my mom. You should try out for a sport and not care what anybody else thinks! It all depends on what your good at! :D

Well actually 154lb isn't considered fat. What I would suggest is that you slow down on the eating and expand your excercise limits as in 3-4 hours and 2 weeks a month. I am sure that should help. oh and don't worry if some girls laugh at you I mean its better to do a sport than listen to what some losers have to say to you.
just stay positive and try the things I suggested for you.

I totally understand your problem. You weigh 154 pounds and you're 12. Okay then, how tall are you? You can determine how much weight you should lose then, because taller people should weigh more than smaller people. I'm twelve too. I weigh 116 pounds and I'm almost 5 feet 4 inches. I weigh a tad too much, I think anyway. So, you want those pounds off? Join a sport like, for example, tennis. You obviously want to lose weight ASAP, and tennis is a vigorous sport. Lots of running, jumping and hand-eye coordination.
If the other girls laugh at YOU, well, they're sure jerks! Don't put up with it. Just look them straight in the eye and say firmly, "I don't appreaciate what you're doing. So STOP." If you have to, let your anger loose on them and they'll back off. I totally know what U mean about the bikini- my BFF is having a boy-girl party and inviting 3 or 4 of some of the cutest guys in the grade.... don't know how that'll turn out- but, all you have to do is have fun. Don't excersize if it ain't fun. You won't lose any weight. Do a sport that YOU and only you enjoy, and forget about everyone else. Good luck. Remember, YOU ARE A BEAUTIFUL GIRL ON THE INSIDE!!!!
