im in the same situation. but I do a sport and excersise ans barely eat. yet im still 157lbs. Ya I have a hard time at school but im still trying. I want to loose weight in 2 weeks . so basicly the same as u. my solution is do what im doing. take 2 clear jars and on one put lbs to loose on the othr put lbs lost. then fill lbs to loose with as many marblez as u want to loose. set them un a spot where u see it every day. itll motivate u. ive lost 4 lbs in 3days! good luck and keep trying to cut out the bad stuff! :-)

HI,     IM 12 AND IM VERY SMALL FOR MY AGE AND I THINK IM BIGSO I EATING LESS BUT I COULDENT DO IT ! SO IV STARTED DO WEEKLY THINGS TO HELP ME LOOSE WEIGHT....... (heres a list)< going for a run/jog on sat for an hour or half

My son was in the same situation at 12.

 

He started getting chubby in 3rd grade. By age 12 he hated what he looked like.

 

One day he woke up and decided to change. It worked. He lost weight, got really healthy. He's now 17 and has never had a weight relapse. He looks gorgeous. (a bit too gorgeous - it's going to his head... :)

 

This is what he did (and it amazed me - but I helped).

 

1. He asked me to help. To make sure that there was healthy food available for him instead of what I usually throw together at the end of a long work day.

 

2. He cut out ALL junk food. Everything. Didn't touch it for a year. No fries, no burgers, no pizza, no pop, no slurpees. He cut out snacks with loads of sugar - like chocolate covered granola bars, fruit roll-ups, scooby snacks and all candies.

 

3. He ate a lot of meat and even managed a few vegetables.

For breakfast he gave up all the usual breakfast cereals and ate oatmeal or yogurt (didn't tell the guys at school of course - yogurt is apparently NOT a boy's food... lol).

For lunches he ate a single sandwich with lots of meat inside and no sauces and a fresh fruit (apple or orange).

For dinners I made sure to cook real meat meals, or bring home a cooked chicken. He only had dessert a few times and it didn't affect his weight when he did (but it was always a small piece of cake, never 2nds).

 

Even when we went out to a restaurant, he would go over the menu and order the healthiest thing there - something without too much fat and almost no sugar. Things like mashed potatoes instead of fries, or rice even - vegetables on the plate and no sauces.

 

He taught me, the mom, a lot during that year. We learned healthy eating together and we're both much better because of it.

could i like wake up at 5 eat breakfest and go back to sleep. aslo when u say dont after 6 does that mean u cat eat for the whole day of just eat small meals

Sweetie I'm 13 and I weight 173 and I know exactly what you're going through try a colon cleanse and eat celery it burns more calories chewing it than it actually is

Look Im t he sam age I'm 140 pounds it just we haven't had our full growspurt It takes time. But u should watch what u eat Exercise at least an hour a day!

i am 12 years old to and I am trying to lose wait also but its just so hard and I ma also afraid to join a sport because I am fat and I worried what others would think but i was also bullied and i have been afriad to join one becuase the mean girls have always joined the same sport as me so when we had to move i was excited because nomore mean girls but what i am trying to say is that we could try to lose weight but it just might not work  but here is a tip if you have a dog take your dog and go power walking and while your walking jog some times thats what i do i way 137.6lb

um listen, I am 12 years old also and I am NOT too young to be worrying about my weight. guess what? I HAVE to because my colesteral is 225.7 and that is thru the freaKing roof!! and my doctors are MAKING me lose weight. I weigh 186 pounds and im only 12. that is very rediculas. I NEED to worry about it.

 you just flat out don't understand! this makes me so freaking mad! when it affects your confidence and health and life no matter how young you are, it matters and then you NEED to worry about it and try to fix it!!

i have the same problem I weigh exactly the same as u I want to lose wieght but it's hard I guess we just have to believe in ourselves to get where we want to be schools almost here and I want to lose wieght fast but can't I used to swim and bike and eat right all the time but nothing worked i hope someone replies wish all of the people who are struggling to lose wieght lots of luck

Hi um im dealing with athe same situation im 12 and i weigh 170 and im hoping  to lose 50 pounds in at least a year i play sports, exersize, do yoga and jog, and i dont drink soda or that much juice and i only eat 2 meals a day and 1 snack try what im doing im in 7th grade, i get made fun of so dont worry im trying to be 120 by 8th grade so that way i feel good about my self im trying my hardest, and your not the only one out there who is obese or overweight. ok. bye.

As you did not put on that weight in one night or for that matter in one month,then how do you expect it to go down in a month.It is easy to put on weight but you will have to work real hard to lose it.Dieting plans are also not going to help you so fast, in fact these kind of plans just might harm your health.So do not get into all this,instead start to follow a strict healthy diet which you can sit and chalk out with your parents or a dietitian.You will also have to follow a strict exercise regime so as to keep yourself on your toes all the time.This will keep keep calories from piling on more than you are going to lose during the day.Take one step at a time so that once the weight goes it does not come back.And to top it all stay happy,learn to love yourself and your body.

Yeah, I'm almost 13 and I weigh 145. I always feel really embarrassed about how I look. But if this guy is right for you, he shouldn't care about how much you weigh. You are a beautiful creation!
