you are only 12 year old, that's why if you lose much weight quick it will be bad for your health. You can lose only 1-2 pounds a week, otherwise you can harm your body. I advise you to attend gym, jogging and swimming can be good for your health. Keep to a healthy diet. And be patient. You cannot lose weight very fast. Do everything you can and wait.

Look I'm in the same problem I weight even more I weight 184pounds and I'm losing alot and healthy by this exercising prodoct is called rockin body look it up in the internet it really works I guaranty u that u will see results in 2 weeks if u do them how it goes correctly

I am 12 and I weight 163. I have a big problem. What I am doing is 30 min of exercise a day and eating right. I get made fun of to. Don't let it get you down. Play outside more. Take a jog. Have fun

im the same weight and i tried but know im doing this make a chart on how you eat like when you eat bad foods give yourself an x and when you eat good give yourself a star.Also drink lots of water and even some times add kiwi and fruits ur helps the water taste good plus it substitute all the colas and sodas also when you're walking when you're running it's not really good do you need to walk because when you want it burns off more calories

You might just have slow metabolism or just eat unhealthy.  Ugh I have a fast metabolism and I am a boy and I am 12, and weigh like 80 pounds.

I know how she feels im 12 almost 13 and bigger than all my friends it suck I have 14 days till homecoming and I am trying to loss what before its very hard but I have to get healthy at nite I am on my laptop looking at ways to make myself look better so maybe someone will ask me to homecoming so if I can do it u can do it

I dont eat a lot of food I just eat a lot of sweets and I am scared I might get diabetes and I really hate exercising

i have the same problem as you! i am 12 years old and about 5'2 and i weigh about 127 pounds :/ i am been depressed for a long time and i suffer a eating disorder but i am on a road to recovery :) anyway i would suggest to never skip your meal at all , never drink soda again , at least drink 2 or 3 glasses of water , and go out for walks daily! i lost 5 pounds in a week. Also, keep telling yourself that you can do it and you are beautiful in anyway :

I'm here to tell all of you, losing weight is hard! I'm 22 years old, and I tried for years! I was made fun of A LOT in school. Guys would ask me out just to make me get all dolled up and wait at my house for hours. They never showed up. Those guys are now fat, lazy, drop outs that will always live with their parents, and won't have a career better than flipping ham burgers for the rest of their boring lives! Every day, I wake up and wish I could go back to your age with the knowledge I have now! I wouldn't worry about those pathetic little boys! You need to focus on school baby doll! Forget those other kids, because all they're there to be is opsticles in your way! If you feel like you would be better off losing weight while focussing on school, then eat right and stay active! Forget any type of soda! Drink carbonated flavored water! That was my biggest downfall! But I am ADDICTED to black cherry water that costs 88 cents at Walmart!! Find yourself a hobby! The right guys now a days like girls that know about cars, how to hunt and fish, or even kick boxing!! There's nothing hotter to a guy, than a girl that can kick some butt! I'm into prepping which is a huge deal these days! I keep my bug out bag in my trunk with granola bars, water, guns, knives, ammo, tools, and anything I would need for any emergency! This way, I'm prepared for anything, and if a hot guy comes along, he will know I've got my self together, which is the best feature anyone could have!! And have faith in yourself!! Confidence is key! I hope I helped! :))

Hiya, I'm almost 13 and I'm overweight aswell, I have tryed everything! Exercise! Diets! Nothing works! But what I did was get a group of friends at school you are overweight/need to lose weight and we go to a Teen Gym every week! So maybe try and get a few friends who would be instresed in going to the gym and you won't have to worry about getting teased. Also hun don'y stress yourself out because when you have your growth spurt you'll probably lose a stone or maybe a bit less then, so try not to worry!

I know you know this but I'm hoping you mean 6 100 cal meals a day with snacks and drinks that aren't included in the 100 cals because for a 12 year old... 600 calories is a dangerously low calorie intake for a day.Also I think that maybe a 150 calorie intake each six meal would be a little but better because an active person that age should have a decent amount of calories.

Im almost 13, I weigh 111 lbs. I want to lose weight but i know i will. When you get tall, you stretch and need that extra skin. Dont worry about your weight. If you where 40 and weighed 600 lbs. i ould worry, but not know. Your qare fine!
