i am also 14 to be honest what im doing is running or some times fast walking on the treadmill. Also, i watch all of the calories that go into my mouth It varies a little based on weight, height, activity level, and a few other factors, but on average about 1,400 to 1,600 calories a day are the amount of calories a 14 year old should be taking in . I started this olan a few months ago, its hard to loose even a pound but i was 140 but now am 138 so im gettin there but i also am 5/4 for height. Another thing you can do is go on youtube to workout vidioes by tracey anderson or really anyone you perfer. I hope this helps! remeber motivation is a big part in this and it will take a while to loose the weight. (its not easy) but never starve yourself or youll get so hungry youll eat way more than usaul, not to mention its really bad for your health.

okay, you are 98 pounds. That is not healthy at ALL for a 14 year old... honey, you need to gain weight. who cares if your a flyer, 98 pounds for a 14 year old is not healthy

hi am 14 too and that is the same as me what i do when i get money i buy some fruit and i buy a carrot and i ake sure no one has then you might want to try but f you dont then dont i just want to help xx

hi im 14 and my weight is 14 stone (nearly200 pounds)...i realy want to lose weight and my dream is to get down to 9stone...i feel realy akward and ashamed of my self for getting to this weigh...i just want to lose the pounds....excerising is so embarrising ...all of my friends are slim if we ever go shopping they are all there in their mini skirts nd crop tops buying size 8....but if i dared ta even get into them type of clothes i think i would be arested..all i want to do is live a normal teenage life but at the weight i am thats not realy possible..:( please i need help...im desprate..

im 14 too, and i recently went on a diet..guess what? I LOST 6 POUNDS in a WEEK. all i did was cut portion sizes practically in half (give or take a couple bites), didn't drink anything while eating (that makes you bloated), and didn't eat anything later than 7:30 every night. also im eating more fruits and veggies. oddly enough i didn't change my exercising habits at all. try it! :D

if you are only 14 and weigh only 98lbs than you need to gain weight because i would kill for your body because i am 12 and i weigh 188lbs sso dont worry because you probably need to gain weight

I'm 14 and I've lost 15 pounds kn a few weeks just by walking every evening and drinking water when I had a craving I would eat popcorn beleive it or not but it helps I wiegh 184 pounds and I'm not happy with my weight at all and I'm trying really hard to lose it all but pretty much if u do tht u will see a big change :) good luck

Well im 14 too, and i weigh 45kg, and i know all of you seem t complain about overweight but really dont go under 50! My old friends used to tease me and say i was anorexic and it made me feel really bad! I started eating bread and butter everyday to gain weight. So im just trying to say, no matter what size you are....... dont think us skinny people get away easy too!

Hey look I'm almost 12 aswell and I'm really tall for my age and it Dosent matter that u weigh that much but the best thing to do is to walk to school (if you live close by) or even cycle if u have a dog you could walk him/her for an hour or so you could even go to the gym to lift weights or go on treadmills because that's what I do because my dad owns his own weights gym and it has helped me so muh and try and eat small meals it has helped me so muh I I've lost like 2 pounds in lat couple of weeks hope this is helpfull xxx
