im 13 and i weigh 120 pounds.. when i look at my self sometimes i like wat i see, and other time i hate it. i have a flat stomach buhh i have very thick thighs :'( i have stretch marks on my upper thighs and its disgusting.. i try not to eat as long as possible until i need to eat something.. lately ive been drinking alot of water.. buhh ive also been eating alot of snacks. im not very comfortable with the body i have and i want to loose weight.. im not tryin to become so skinny i look sick... buhh i want the stretch marks to go away ! n.e tips. plans or or ideas are very much appreciated. -thank you

I'm 13 bout to turn 14 and I'm 123 pounds and would love to be a 105 like i was in 6th grade and i have tried alot of things but i cant stop eating right now I'm try in to not eat any snacks and drink olny water and not eat breakfast i dance but i cant do that during summer and the summer is when i gain weight so i have to be careful i already gained a pound cause i was 122 and i really need to loss weight so if any help would be great!!!!!!!!! :-)

Hello, I am 14 and 160something. I play many sports for my school and i try to eat right yet I am still "Fat" I have learned that you need to aim to be 10lbs. lighter. So lets say I drop 10lbs. so im 150ish(That owuld be great :/) Then wait a while then start to lose another 10lbs. even at that thats 20lbs. you've lost. Also, don't tell people that you've lost weight/ that you are trying to (to your family&friends) let the comment you or ask you if you have/are. If no one notices try to make it more "public" that you are in the process of loseing weight. Here are a few things that make a BIG diff.

~Eat green foods.

~Get out and play and hour a day. (Play basketball, run, walk,ect.)

~Get the right amount of sleep 8-10 hours.(avoide naps)

~Stay motivated tell your self that you are pretty.

~Know what you are eatting(know the carbs protine, ect.)

~Most of all, DONT OVER DO YOUR SELF. Take breaks when working out.

this is what I did this past year, during the summer :[ Remeber that with every meal count your calories and at the end of the day have a goal to have lost a subtracted total of about 200-500 calories, it really helps to have a goal to work towards]
In the morning, for breakfast (which you must eat becuas it kick starts your metabolism, and prevents your from being starving and possibly over eating later on) have some Whole Wheat Toast, or Special K cereal or Cheerios or even Raisin Bran Crunch with maybe a fruit. Then for lunch, you can eat like a salad, usually recommened , or have a sandwhich on whole wheat bread ( whole wheat helps empty out your stomach and clean out your gut) with preferably no butter and smoked meats neccesary. Now, once you have diguested maybe an hour or two later, do some excersise. What I did was I put on a sweat belt, you will usually find it in a gym store or somthing along those lines, and maybe get on a treadmill if possible or somekind of excersise machinethat lets you know how many calories were lost during your session.
Finally for dinner, eat light again try low-fat or non-fat recipes still counting your calories.
P.S. Make sure you dont over work your body, dont excersise over 3 hrs

hey men women lisen up if you guys want to loose weight then do 20 sitt ups or push ups a day i weigh 140 and im starting to do that itworks and it might take some time to loose weight but belive me it will help out oh and if your parents arnt helping out about any thing then at school eat a heathy lunch like a apple and carrets that stuff i know that most people hate running or what ever but if you wabt you should try jolging in place for 10 mins a day or just run around your block for as long as you can and remember if you want to loose weight then just eat little portans a food a day dont try starving yourself and belive me dont make your self throw up thats just really bad for your body and if any body lies this then give it a thumbs up and i promis that i will wright more ways to loose weight

im 14 and i have a suggestion, try to do 20 push ups, 20 sit ups and 20 squats every night for three weeks and you will notice a change, it worked for me.

im 14 years old as well nd i weigh 240lbs. ive tried numerous diets nd got dwn 2 abt 180lbs nd as soon as holidays came ii just gained iit all bck.
iim tired of being thiis biig nd ii wud hinestly appreciate some tips on hw 2 lose the weight. my aim is to be 140 :-) :-(

hi the people that are telling you to do the sit ups andpush ups are ssoooo right also try and eat soup at least once a day i did it for a week and lost 7 pounds hope that works for you :-)

Hey my name is Alyssa. I am turning 14, and i weigh 97.3 lbs (i weighed my self this morning) I am very short 4'9" to be exsact i have been trying every thing to lose i stay up till 3 o'clock sometimes just to look for diet plans that mite work.i o be 88-90 lbs. before school starts. I want to be...... well not linsey lohan skinny but not extra "love" around my hips. i HATE running but beggars cant be choosers. Every morning when i wake up i weigh my self wishing for results but.... nahda i have started making my own foods for dinner. For breakfast i like to eat bell peppers or apples.... but later on they make my feel faint then just loose controll and eat gobs of foods. I HAVE AN EATING DISORDER AND I NEED HELP xoxoxoox ALYSSS :-)

Ok, So Im 13 & I Weigh 175 Pounds . Everytime I See The Docter She Tells Me Too Loose Weight Im To FAT ! & ` I Hate That Word . Be Befor3 I Start High School These Fall I Want To Atleast Way 150 ! You Might Say Thats Alot But I Think Thats The Ony Way Ill Be Happy . Yea I Now It Wont Happen In A Month But Just Too See Some Results Would Make Me Feel Alot Better About myself . I Thought About Starving Myself & ` Just Drink Alot Of Watter But Idk I Researched And I Heard Thats Bad For Your Body , And All I Want To Do Is Be Skinny . Im Embraessed Too Talk To Anybody About These & When I Try To Tell My Mom She Always Says That Im Not Fat .!
