I am 14. I am going to be a freshman in high school and i am 190 lbs. I feel sooooo fat. being a girl makes it even more difficult. i need to loose at least 30 lbs SCHOOL STARTS IN 3 WEEKS!!! is it possible to loose that much so soon??? BTW::: I know 160 is still a lot, im 5'9 soooo its not bad for me...

i know i feel the same sort of feelings as u i am 13 and am desperately trying 2 loose a stone in six weeks :$ but depnding on your height i would be happy with the way you are because that is a lot of weight 2 loose in a year - well thinking about it maybe not. 2day i was looking on the internet and you can find a website search the diet solution program it sounds really good. it says most diets are rubbish ... anyway hope u do whats best xxx XD

Plz dont try to lose that much, it could put you in the hospital where you could gain even more weight, take it slow. if you lose weight during the school year people will notice more and it wont hurt you. let me tell you being skinny in high school doesnt make it easier, i weighed around 90 pounds and i was 5,2" and i still hate high school, and people called me fat. 90 pounds isnt fat so thats how you know they're idiots. didn't mean to scare u by saying i hated it. lol
high school will change your life so much, and actually being bigger is better in high school cause thats the way you can find people who will be your true friends, if your anorexic they may be hanging out with you just for that. if they can accept you for who you are, theyre your true friends.

i know the perfect way to lose weight at 24. im 14 and i have been losing weight by eating very small, healthy meals every 2 hours. and 1 hour after i eat breakfast i jump rope for an hour. I feel better when I jump rope and it helps tremedously because I absolutely hate running and have no desire for it. If you do it correctly, jumping robe and stretching((i.e. yoga/ pre/post workout stretches)) can help you become healthy, toned and much leaner. Once you get used to eating small meals every 2 hours you will begin to see rapis results. SAnd when your parents cook dinner, eat half and never allow yourself to get full from a meal. You might go to bed hungry the 1st few nights, but once your tummy shrinks, you will be eating the perfect amount for your new size.

hii, I'm also 14. I recently lost about 40 pounds. I used to weigh 180 something and now i weigh 146. I would still like to lose another 10 pounds or so because i think that i would probably be happier and i would be comfortable in a bikini. i'm 5'7 so thats also helped me with the weight issue. The things that i did were mainly dropping junk food and no sodas. I only drink water and juice now and i actually feel wayyyyy better. I Am big boned, thanks dad. I have heard eating right and exercising 1,000,000 times but sometimes i just don't have the time. I'm about to start school in like 2 1/2 weeks and i want to lose some weight in that time period. My goal weight is to be at least 135. Anyone have any tips or ideas to help me lose the weight and get to my ideal weight?

Ok so heres the thing. you're 14, you shouldnt diet at this age. you are still growing. don't get sad because the weight isnt coming off quick. weight doesnt fall off imediately, however it does eventually come off. you just have to work for it.you should get other people to work out with you, like me and my sister work out together and she motivates me to do better. Try getting rid of the junk food and sodas because this definetely worked for me. try doing more than just sit ups. do a variety of things like pushups, sit ups, lunges, and walking and jogging.

Okay girls and boys I am 15 and i weigh 135 pounds and im 5'8. I try to walk every day. If you way 98 pounds and your 14 you DONT want to loose anymore. I was 14 when i lost weight. I was 113 cm and now im 87cm. I never went on a "diet" as such. Even if your only choice is eating faty foods maybe you should eat less. What i mean is if you normally eat chips. Stop eating as much chips. You dont want to be a stick and I have fainted from not eating enough. Please girls and boys everyone needs a little belly.

umm im bout to be fourteen but i weight 128 somtims 129 somtims 130 or 131 nd i had been trying to lose weight i try so many stuff until i got seriouse i started my diet when i was going to school but like we are in summer vacation so anyways i ate in the morning at 6:50 den i didnt eat at school i came back and ate a sandwich by 3 weeks i weighted 119 but then i lost it and gained back now i started again but like im in vacation is hard so i goh runing at 5:30 am then breakfast and eat any think exept fat stuff and snacks i also started to drink a lot of water so i wont feel so hungry :!:

iim 11 and i was 128lbs and im really dont wanna be at this weight and my mom always tells me that if i wanna change who i am the first thing i have to do is love myself and then i can work on my weight lucky for me im taller then most girls so i dont really look that fat so once i learned how to love myself and see how beautiful i am i realized hey im ready so i really dont wanna go on a diet and i realized that i should just use my sports to help me so i started shooting hoop and swimming and playing basketball ad i did cut back on my eating by comparing an apple to a brownie and seeing that what would make me happy and it was an apple before i new it i was losing 4lbs a week now im at 100lbs and im almost to myy goal just 10lbs!! once you start to realize your almost there you feel great and it may take a while but it is all worth it ! XD 8)
