im 17 and i weigh 135lbs. but i have large tummy and thighs i want to have a flat tummy and thin thigh and also to lose my weight too, what should i do?

dear'guest dont feel like your alone i am in the position you are i start school next week and i have lost three pounds! how did i do it? well i excercise 4hours a week for 3 days and i eat toast with peanut butter on it everyday try this everyday and you should see results im hope i helped :-D

well i am 14,15 in february and i think im fat.
I weigh 163 lbs and i think its gross.I am 5'7
I played soccer and netball- but now the season has ended,and i walk to and from school daily.
I think my worst problem is my lack of knowing how much i should eat and when to stop.Also i barely ever eat breakfast and snack heaps during the day.
I know that i should be eating right and exercising, does anyone know how to commit properly to this though?
Hopefully, starting tomorrow, i can use some of this advice and start my journey of weight loss.
Please help me to stay commited....does anyone want to join me?

I'm a 14 year old girl i'm 5 ft and i'm 90 pounds . . . my doctor says its normal but . . . i want a flat stomach so i can get my belly button pierced . . . my mom said i cant unless its flat . . . helppp :-(

hey my name is meaghan i will recomend this to anyone who is like me and cant stick to an exercise or diet program to save there lives 2 summers ago i weighed 128lb and honestly i really didn't care but i had gotten a laptop for Christmas that year i honestly used to not be that big of a fan of the internet until i found out you could read on it my all time favorite at the moment is reading fanfiction on any who that is beside the point let me give it to you straight we eat way to much 80% of the times we actually eat we are not hungry just extremely bored and we fill that void with what else eating so you think all i have to do is only eat when I'm hungry right easier said then done but surprisingly i find it extremely easy because i have my laptop i get so into the stories i read and ill read 1 story after then next and by the time i realize it hours have passed and i haven't ate at first not that big a deal but given 3 months of either going out or being adsorbed into the writings i cut down on my food u=intake quite a lot i still ate though i went to the doctors and they weighed me i weighed 124 i lost 4lb no big deal right went back less then a week later already dropped 6 more pounds needles to say that wasn't healthy so they made my mom make sure i ate at least three meals a day.............. guess i should hurry up and get to my point get a hobby something that completely overwhelms you to the point you an think of nothing else and do it whenever your free the time your doing your hobby you wont eat and thus you'll lose weight falling in love also helps cause the butterfly's will steal your appetite trust me needless to say you will have to exercise to get toned i just do 2x20 sit ups, squats, and push ups before bed and i am though not buff I'm nice and lean though i still have a little bumb on my tummy lol this works great for me i wight 113 now i always gain weight during school because i get so much during lunch and like 20 fruit rollups (no joke) plus all the food my friends give me ??? maybe they want me to be fat any who i lose it instantly drop it though during summer vacation and i have stayed under120 ever sense lol hope you all could follow I'm little bit of a rambler tell me if this helped any :D

To have a healthy weight it's hard. Cuz there's so many tasty unhealthy foods out there that we all crave! But vegetables can be yummy. Like you can cook broccoli and coat it in Stir Fry sauce with some whole wheat rice. And join a sports team or dance. ;-)

I am 13 and it is really bad for me espeshially to gain weight as when i was little i had a whole in my heart so when i gain weight i am under more risk then others but i am also in love with the unhealthy foods i have tried throwing up after meals but all that got me was a load of cavities then i tried exercise yeah it worked for a week then i got bored i need something i can do that will help me lose weight but isn't really boring. any idea's??

Hi Im 14 I weigh slot and really want to loose it but I am too afraid of going joggging or going to the gym incase I see someone I know I am struggling trying to eat healthily but don't know what to do instead I need a quick way too get thin before I have to do swimming at school x!!!!!!

Im 15. I lost 33 puonds over the summer like 10 pounds a month. I walked every day for 30 min or longer and stoped eatinf sugar snacks and drinking soda and juice. I drank water. No cookies or chips I had fruit for snacks or yougurt. No cereal either. i stopped having potato or rice with supper to. only had chicken and vegetable mostly. I cant beleive I lost that much weight! U can do it!!!!! I did!!! : )

Im 13 and i weigh 213 pounds it embarassing when i go to the doctor and they say wow your really 13 can anyone help its a problem i work out and i swim in my pool i walk around my neighborhood i also have man boobs i had them sence i was 12 and its a problem at school anny help at all.

heloo im also 14 im a girl and i use to weigh 172 pounds i was really worried of myself so i decided to change the way i ate and i excerzised more every day at least 1 hour and i ate in tha morning and in the afternoon so it was 2 times a daii small portions and i endend up losing 32 pounds in 2 months (: good luck i still need 20 more pounds to lose so im guessing in 1 more month ill be geewd

I am 14 - 2 years n i weigh about 150 :'( i realy want to lose weigh but i cant walk or run for to long becouse of my riped rib cage :'( i feal like just givin up i realy just want to lose the wait n im alwasy hunger i cant change that :'( any ideas?
