This is what i would do on a normal weekday:
2 mile jog
eat bran muffin and piece of fruit
2 mile walk to school
4 mile walk around campus at break
4 mile walk into towm so my mates can have lunch i dont eat anything
4 mile back
2 mile walk bak from school
1 hour yoga
cook dinner. vegetarian for my brother. i eat a small portion
2 hour of hard phisical activity = gym, dancing, swimming
1 hour of extra light jogging/ stretches.
1 hour of writing and homework
i do all this but i remain a stubborn 126lbs. i have been doing this routine for about a year now and i have not lost any weight at all.
there was one thing i hope someone could help me with. i drink lots of water during the week but at the weekend i am in with the wrong crowd and i normally have quite a few alcoholic drinks. i have tried to stop but i just cant. i was hoping someone could give me advise if this was stoping me losing weight ? Please Help x

Honey you are to young to start taking any pills...Even though your family does not buy and diet food. Do they buy Chicken? eat that and do not eat the carbs. The best thing you should do is exercise ...even walking for 15 minutes you will see results... Good look

Breakfast: 50g of oat cereal and 150 ml of milk.
Lunch: ham sandwich, little butter, and white bread. Granoli bar and grapes.
Dinner: Normally chicken with potatos and veg.
Snack: Oats.
Is this ok? I do 30 mins of running every day too.

I am 13, used to weight 150 but lost 25 pounds which leaves me with 125, also im tall.
The best diet plan is : everything by half ( get a cheeseburger, eat half of it)
Running will help or walking, do it for half an hour a day.
Other diet plain is : there are three steps in a pyramid , 1 fruits, 2 veggies n the last step is
everything left. In a meal, you only want 1 thing from the 3rd step n as many things u want
from the first n second step. ( ex. Chicken with potatoes n salad) NOT: (fries with a burger)

you are sooo not obese...well let me put it this way. i am 12 I weigh 182 LBS BUT i fit into a size 3 in pants...dont listen to the scale...look in the mirror instead

I'm 12, and weigh about 150, ewwe. I have been wanting to lose weight for a few years, and I lost 11 pounds in a few weeks by just walking for 15 minutes everyday, that was just to get home, not for exerzing. Glad to see others go through this problem too :-)
