heyy, im 14 aswell, and over the past couple of years i had a lot of problems with my weight. When I went into high school i decided that was probably a good time to try as I wasn't considered to young any more. Well one major problems was that If I was hungry I would eat something but not be full and just continue eating till I was full, but if you chew your food well and slowly then your less likely to be hungry after because it takes 20 mins for your brain to get the message that you've eaten something, another thing was drinking lots of water because it speeds us your metabolism, and if you go for a run short/ long in early morniing aroung 6 or 7 you lose more weight than you would later in the day and going to bed early + going to bed earlier helps I dont know how but it really does and try to cut out high calorie foods but let your self have ocasional treats. I hope I was some help to you. Oh and by the way I would not recommend starving or anything like that because whatever food you do eat you will gain like 2 more times weight than you should have from that food because your body needs it. :-))

Heey i am Hannah and i am 13. I need to lose weight as well. i am 126lbs and i am dress siza 4 or in trouseres 11-12 years. This May Sound small but i dont look it.
This is what i would do on a normal weekday:

2 mile jog
eat bran muffin and piece of fruit
2 mile walk to school
4 mile walk around campus at break
4 mile walk into towm so my mates can have lunch i dont eat anything
4 mile back
2 mile walk bak from school
1 hour yoga
cook dinner. vegetarian for my brother. i eat a small portion
2 hour of hard phisical activity = gym, dancing, swimming
1 hour of extra light jogging/ stretches.
1 hour of writing and homework

i do all this but i remain a stubborn 126lbs. i have been doing this routine for about a year now and i have not lost any weight at all.

there was one thing i hope someone could help me with. i drink lots of water during the week but at the weekend i am in with the wrong crowd and i normally have quite a few alcoholic drinks. i have tried to stop but i just cant. i was hoping someone could give me advise if this was stoping me losing weight ? Please Help x

Honey you are to young to start taking any pills...Even though your family does not buy and diet food. Do they buy Chicken? eat that and do not eat the carbs. The best thing you should do is exercise ...even walking for 15 minutes you will see results... Good look



yoo im 14 to n if u wana lose weight u have to do a lot of cardio n eat seven SMALL meals a day it suppose to make your metabolism faster n hellp you lose weight n yaa

am 14 and m 108 pounds...and i wanna go lower coz m quiet short m just 5 feet and 2 inches...its really horrible coz m a dancer and i swim for the state....and ive stopped swimming coz my stomach and my arms look weird...my arms are ok-ok...but my stomach is pathetic...i have no idea what to do...plz...help i dont wanna loose weight i just want to get my stomach and stuff toned up so i could start going for swimming again...please help!!

im 14 also andi play sports andim 5'8 and i know im tall and i have a lot of muscle on my body but im very unhappy with my weight. i weigh 177 and irun and do everything i can and i cant lose weight for anything what do i do?

I am 13 years old and I want to lose some weight too. I am 126 pounds( 9st 2). This is my average diet:

Breakfast: 50g of oat cereal and 150 ml of milk.
Lunch: ham sandwich, little butter, and white bread. Granoli bar and grapes.

Dinner: Normally chicken with potatos and veg.
Snack: Oats.

Is this ok? I do 30 mins of running every day too.

People, people, the best thing you can do is drink water and eat less!
I am 13, used to weight 150 but lost 25 pounds which leaves me with 125, also im tall.
The best diet plan is : everything by half ( get a cheeseburger, eat half of it)
Running will help or walking, do it for half an hour a day.
Other diet plain is : there are three steps in a pyramid , 1 fruits, 2 veggies n the last step is
everything left. In a meal, you only want 1 thing from the 3rd step n as many things u want
from the first n second step. ( ex. Chicken with potatoes n salad) NOT: (fries with a burger)

IM a 14 year old gurl...weighing roughly 143 pounds 5 foot 1 and a half and want to loose weight BAD i almost resorted to making my self puke but im not stupid and decided i shouldnt! which is good :-) but im to embarrased to ask my mother to help me... myGRANDMOTHER told me i needed to loose weigh:l....and when i finnaly started loosing some she said o good ur slimming down and it embarrased me so i gained it agai HELP ME!

im 14 too. im 14 stone but im 5 ft 8. i'm fat and need to loose weight. my parents are poor so buys cheap fatty stuff so i cant change my diet. any suggestions? :-( :-( :-( :-( :-( :$

the best thing to do is to eat 5 times a day but dont eat too much it small servings. and you should run its the best thing but dont forget to eat 5 timeeeees and small servings. good luck

hey it's okay im 14 120lbs and i feel to fat around the middle I also hate running but i found a fun dance workout video and I asked my mom to get it for my b-day I've done it as often as I can and I feel better so find a fun dance video and try it, I still can't do all the dances, but you can't give up! :!: try hard and hang in there. :D

I'm 12, and weigh about 150, ewwe. I have been wanting to lose weight for a few years, and I lost 11 pounds in a few weeks by just walking for 15 minutes everyday, that was just to get home, not for exerzing. Glad to see others go through this problem too :-)

I'm 14, male and am 6ft and weigh 209lbs, I'm really fat and I hate it. I've been fat my whole life, and I remember I weighed more than 140lbs at 10, so I gained about 70lbs in 2 years(I've weighed around 205-215lbs since 12) which is horrible.. I am sort of popular at school, but I still get all the fat jokes and it's embarrasing I hate it! But I'm ready for a change now, and I need to lose this weight. It's spoiling my life, and I want a girlfriend but I think I'm too big just now.. Wish me luck with weight loss, and I wish you all luck! But seriously all you skinny girls that weigh about 100-120lbs, you're not fat so just shut up?
