im 12 and i need to lose weight. im only 12 years old and i weigh.. 173 pounds. i kno discusting! im so tierd of being obbese. i dont want to tlak to my mom about this kinda of thing. can anyone pleace help me finde a better diet plane and what should i do for excersice?(i hate running/jogging) :cry

breakfast - dont u dear to skip it !!! people skip it cauze dey tink it makes u loose weight but really it just makes u fatter !!!!!!! eat wat ever u want but something health now lyk eggs or toast !
walk to skul den if u dont live far !!
luch - eat sometin in skul ! but if ur not hungry dont stuff yr self ! nd drink plenty of water !!!!! all da time
dinner - eat wat u want for dinner lyk ex. chicken wit pasta nd salad very healthy
try not to eat after 7.oo if u do eat something lyk a fruit !!
if u dont lyk running try somethin in skul lyk join a team it make it wai better wen ur wit ur friends !!!!!

-Every morning start off with a warm glass of water with a half of lemon squeezed into it (I know gross but it gets your metabolism started)
-Purchase a fiber powder and drink a glass of that right after
Now if your under the age of 17 your allowed 3 times a day 3 oz. of lean protein (boiled chicken, egg whites, etc.) NO SALTED SEASONINGS!!!!!
-through out the day eat as many raw or steamed vegetables as possible (no starchy veggie though use your brain if you know its not the healthiest don't eat it)
-your also aloud 3 servings (half a cup each) of fruit
-also VERY IMPORTANT!!!!!! drink half your body weight in ounces of water!!! this is an everyday thing no matter what whether your detoxing or eating "normally" NO OTHER BEVERAGES ALLOWED
-try and find a stool softener or a light laxative to take right before bed so you wake up and go potty.
VERY IMPORTANT AS WELL
this is not going to be fun during my first detox I cried like a baby everyday its not easy take it one day at a time and relax no exercising watch movies read and snack of veggies all day. also try to avoid hanging out with friends stay away from the peer pressure.
After your detox slowly introduce more meats wait about 6 weeks before you start eating carbs again, be smart about what you eat, but you can have your cake and eat it too!!!

1. Whats your favorite soda or energy drink? Mines is coca cola or pepsi, but if u preffer red bull or moutain dew, use that or anything else.
2. I used to be overweight, then i did this diet.
3. You will need to have someting to help keep ur mind off food like and xbox or ps3 with cod (really good) or another good solution is watching tv or watching movies, this will help move time fast and keep ur mind off food.
4. DRINK ONLY 2 CANS OF UR FAVORITE SODA OR ENERGY DRINK A DAY!
5. eat absolutely nothing else but water AND like a tiny bit of carrots or some other light vegtebal.
6. Remember drink alot of water and drink 2 cans of ur fav drink a day, also do not eat any food only like a light tinyyyy bit.
7. ex of foods. carrots, cabbage, etc.
8. MAke sure u barely eat this food, remember u'll love ur drink. and u can switch ur drinks.
9. i play alot of xbox and watch alot of movies to keep my mind of food.
DO THIS AND ULL LOSE WEIGHT IN NO TIME. WITHOUT ANY EXCERSIZING.!
