I am 14 and 5'8 my big growth spurt is coming up and i am around the 145 pound mark but i do lots pf sports and i am very strong, i used to be quite fat as a kid and i lost lots in my first year of high school through going to the gym, my bmi and all of that says i am the perfect weight for my age and i still am not happy i have got a family wedding soon and i want to lose some fat and change my diet, its healthy but i dont drink enough, any suggestions

As a kid I used to be chubby and not well behaved, so my stepdad sent me to a boxing club and I could instantly see changes in my stamina and other things. I would highly recommend going to a boxing club and seeing it works for you.

Hi I'm 14 years old and I think I way almost 200 pounds and I really hate being/feeling fat in all of my clothes. I want to lose 50 to 60 pounds and I don't know how to. Hello, jumping right into things, I now weigh 110.7lbs. I originally was 131.2 lbs. and I still, am losing weight. How did I do it? Go vegan! It is also important you go vegan safe and slow. You can start by going vegetarian! Also if there is something in particular you feel you just cannot possible give up, no reason to feel guilty, just do what you can and you will thank yourself! Next, figuring out if you are really fat body type or just muscle and heavy boned body type also finding what body type you are in general such as pear shaped or hourglass. This you can research and use your best judgement for what works best on you, remember that each is person is different so different things work better on different people. Lastly, be optimistic.
