I am 14 and weigh 9.1 stone the other day in school we where doing a class experement and it required your weight. i was the second heviest in my entire class. i know i am not super over weight but everyone around me is stick thin or really toned. i want to loose weight i go to the gym for 2 hours every week, i have hockey at school lunch time for and hour and matches which is another hour, i have 2 hours of pe lessons a week and i walk home nearly everyday but i still cant loose any weight. then today my friend said she lost haldf a stone by doing nothing. i nearly cried. what shouf i do?

Hello. If you are 14 years old you can eat everything. If you are 73 kg and your height is 5 feet and 7 inches you can eat 1368 caloroes per day to lose 0.5 kg per week. You can also drink a lot of water to lose weight. It's very good to drink green tea because it's burn your calories. Water burns your calories. I think that diet doesn't help you because you are adult like me. I was on a diet 3 months ago and it was terrible. Don't eat sugar it has many calories. I have got this problems too and i know your feelings. I think that exercises will help you too. Search ,,turbo jam" in youtube it helps you to get fit. Good luck!

Walk or even do like 20 sit ups and don't eat fast food. That's the worst. Just walk for 10 minutes. That simple. Forget about those pills. Its Just another drug. Trust me you'll see god results! ❤

drink lots of water and try to eat healthy Foods because it is a lot better for you and water because that will help flush out your system and if you eat more fibers it will also you will let out more of your c**p out of your body so you will have to go to the bathroom a lot more but it will help a ton because you lose like I lost about 9 pounds of waste and 10 pounds of water weight cause your water keeps back if you're not drinking enough often kind of how I said before at first it's going to be a lot worse because you're going to be in the bathroom a lot more but it will slowly regulate and your body will just let it go a lot easier

I'm sorry that you feel this way. A helpful tip to lose weight is to DRINK WATER. I used to hate water when I was younger but now I love it ! After a full meal I would still be hungry so what I started doing was that I would drink water if I was still hungry. THIS HELPED A LOT. just drink loads of water and you'll see the result in no time
