Hello!
I need advice, because something strange is happening to me. For the past two months I am smelling smoke all the time. I keep on asking people around me if they smell it too, but the answer is no. I smell it everywhere/ in gym, in office, at home… Does anyone have any advice what this might be?

I've been experiencing the smell of smoke at home and work, I live on the second floor at my apartment and wondered if others around me smoke and it's coming through the vents? It's different then cigarette smoke though, and not pot.

My "smoke smell" started a year ago and that is when I began taking Wellbutrin. I read others' posts of the same symptom after taking other ssri's. But it went away and now it's back again in full force. Are there ever any medical personnel responses on these sites? For all those claiming its coffee, I totally disagree. I've been drinking coffee for decades and so have millions who don't have this weird affliction. I also just had a brain scan for vertigo and it didn't show any problem so I'm really confused. I wish there was an answer. This reoccurrence is a strong smokey feel that is really persistent.

Yay! I'm not going crazy. I'll book a docs appointment.
what did you ever find out?
Hi I am experiencing my second bout of smoke smelling. The first time was about 2 years ago and lasted about 2 weeks. I worked at a clinic so I asked my physician co workers for their thoughts. One doctor told me that it is associated with stress. I agree that there may be something to this. The first time it happened, I due to go on vacation to tropical island for a week. While away, I noticed the smoke smell was all gone and did not return until last week. I noticed that I am experiencing some stress once again over some personal issues. So I plan to find something that relaxes me and hopefully this will take my mind off of this weird abnormality.
My best friends mom went to the doctors office last week for this, they said it's very likely to be because of a brain tumor, ms, or something with seizures. I'd go to the doctor right away if i were you

I've had this same irritating problem for a year now and I've found out that it is metal poisoning! It's from a metal being in the foods we eat and the products we use. If you are able to learn how to muscle test or go to a specialist who muscle tests, that will be the only way to rid the metal from your body through a process called 'chelation' with supplements. Now, when I smell smoke I know I've been poisoned again and I need to muscle test an organ to find out where it is and then test for the supplement I need to get it out. We all can learn how to do this...just find someone who can get you started on 'muscle testing'. I also went to the doctors who put me thru all kinds of testing where everything was 'normal'. We who smell the smoke, (it's actually the metal we are smelling), are the lucky ones because these metals we have in us are the cause of all the incurable deceases that exist in the human life. Good luck all...
Where did u get phentomine from thanks
I had the same thing for years. To stop it temporarily cup your hands over your nose and mouth and breathe in this position for a few minutes. For permanent removal buy colloidal silver and a nasal spray. Tip out the stuff in the nasal spray bottle and fill with the silver water. Spray a couple times a day and you'll kill the virus causing it. Left untreated (as mine was for years) I ended up with headaches, permanent acute sinusitis, the smoke smell got so bad I could see it and had to sleep in the bathroom with the hot water on full to steam out the smell. My ENT doc suggested I buy a Netti pot add a tablespoon of Apple Cider Vinegar and salt and use daily. But this burned my nose so I stopped. Colloidal Silver 30% was instant with no pain.
Interesting... Same here, only in my home. I'll keep researching (although it may be completely gone for you now)
Same here... Try maybe one of these: 1) take a break from coffee if you drink it; 2) colloidal silver in nasal spray bottle; &/or consider muscle testing... All of these were suggested (see below)
Did you ever find out the cause? I have same symptoms and it's driving me crazy.
For the past 4 months I have been smelling smoke. I get nauseated also which is uncomfortable.
