Hey.

Well here is a little diet that helpped me:

Mondays- Dont eat anything just drink water and go to gym for 2 hours.

Tuesday- Only eat fruit and drink a lot of water.

Wednesday- Only eat vegetables and drink water + go to gym for 2h.

Thursday- Eat both vegetables and fruit + drink water.

Friday- Dont eat any thing except breakfast and a lot of water + 2h gym.

Saturday/Sunday- Eat small porcions of food and drink a lot of water + exercise.

drink water only for three months no eating but salad onlyride cycles and walk from school if its 5 miles  do not jog at night because you wont sweat

I have a really Healthy Solution that works amazing! I myself lost 45 lbs so far!! I have been on the 90 day Challenge with ViSalus replacing 2 meals a day with 2 DELICIOUS shakes, (to my liking, whatever flavor I want that meal) and having a healthy snack and dinner along with that! Hey I'm eleven and I need to loose alot of weight. I'm pretty tall, female and my friend is taking me to the beach i'n early June I think my height is around 5'6 and I weigh about 210-215 people say they can tell I have slimmed down but I have a ways to go. I need lots of help. I'm drinking lots of water and I play softball and bball I don't need a diet list because it just doesn't work for me I know smaller more meals. Exercise, water, dieting but what else? I tried cinnamon pills, the problem is, going to school so early everymorning remembering to take them. So please help me out, me and my friend, our goal is to wear bikinis to the beach, I don't wanna let her down, what do I do?!!!!!!!?!?!?! Pleaaaase help!!!

buy a trampoline.  Go to pandora.com listen to the Dance cardio station and just jump!  It's so fun and jumping on a trampoline has tons of benefits and it's easy, research it!  Also eat organic if possible, avoid any fastfood or restaurant even subway!! They put hidden chemicals in your food that makes u fat.  DO NOT drink anything BUT WATER!!!  Very important.  IF you must drink something else drink 0 cal sobes or vitamin waters or anything with stevia or very little natural sugar. AVOID aspartame and high fructose corn syrup.  This is how I lost 40 pounds in 3 months!

I'm 18 and I've been overweight since I went through kinda a depressed phase in 7th grade. I've developed bad eating habits, and even though I try really hard I always slip up with food and soda, and any time I try and work out I look down at my body and start crying and think "i'll be fat forever" and I can't even finish. I hate it...what do i do? 

PS, I'm 5'1, 135lbs

Thank you so much, i have asked for a trampoline in recent year, but there is no where to put it i have a pool so, thanks though, it just seems like there is nothing that will work. its really embarrasing at school when i have to take my weighttoo. Thank you so much though and i have been looking at that body by vi stuff, i mighty trythat but..you know ho wthat goes. lol ummm you have anything else lilraerae7?

Hey umm I know I posted a question about bein overweight too but anyway, for one thing, do not base yourself on what some stupid numbers say on a scale and just pay attention to how slim your getting. Try to avoid even being tempted by soda and stuff okay? And when your doing workouts don't pay attention to what you look like at that moment think hard i'n your mind what you will look like when you di the workouts over amd over again! Crunches are an easy and affective exercise try those. I hope I helped some!!!! Good luck!!

hey so 16 stone is 224 pound do nothing just do the following i listed below

-when hungry try to control ur self for at least 12 mintues start of like this and when u lose one pound start adding mintues 13,14,15.....

-try to do exerice

-holla hoop will make ur stomcah move and will give it a perfect shape and size

-limit ur eating

-try to eat 3 times a day with good and wise choices

-no junk food

-no coke

-no cookies

-no eating while watching tv that will make u into a coach patotoe

-visit the doctor and get heathy pills

-brush teeth properly

-3times a day atleast

-dont eat after 9,because thats not healty

-try to drink alot of water

-get enough of rest

-go out side and do sports

-basketball

-football

-jump rope

-run

-jog

-invite friends over to come and play with u

try this for atleast few months and belive me ur weight will lose my cousin sister lost 45 pounds in 12 months she was 289 pounds now she is 22 and she only weighs 160

she still does daily practice

u should try this too :) best of luck start from today i will pray for u
