hey im 15 years old. i have always be on the tubby side but over the last few years my weight has crept up i always used to be 12 stone butover the past 1-2 years i have become 13 then 14 stone! after this summer i weighed myself and to my horror i am 15 stone!! i really dont want to be fat and overweight anymore. i try to eat healthily and not too much , but over the last week i ahve started eating till i feel sick. i dont know whasts wrong with me. i really need to loose some wight not only coz im fat and i feel obese but im really scared about my health. im only 5"6 / 5"7 i always knew i was overweight but now im so heavy its getting outof control. most of my mates are 8 stone and im almost near double that. im sick of having to get size 14/16/18 clothes and i want to be a size ten. apartfrom eating less and drinking water what can i do? i want to loose 3 stone in 2 months please help!!!
Ok so i just started a month ago to try and lose weight
i was at 255 and now im 230
i just started but i figured out a way to do it without killing urself on the treadmill
workout a diff. set of muscles everyday like back biceps and on a diff day chest triceps shoulders traps but do abs everyday and get 30 min of cardio on the treadmill.
the cardio inst really that hard you start off by walking at 3.5(you will be on 2 min cycles) 2 min. later move up to a slow jog at 5.0,then move up to 6.0 6.5 you choose. after 2 min. there move down back to 5.0 then 2 min. later back to a walk at 3.5 for 2 min... then repeat for 30 min everday it goes by faster then you would think
breakfast eat egg whites with onions and peppers like scarmbled eggs
lunch eat a sandwich but with turkey and wheat bread
dinner eat healthy like a chicken breast boiled broccoli and a banana
eat healthy snacks between and u wont go hungry
you do this and youll lose weight :)
just stick with it
its all mental and remember it takes time dont rush

I'm 5,9 so as i'm sure you can tell i had a s*** load of weight to lose
the main thing you need to keep in your mind when loosing weight is will power and determination.
my outlook to life is that if you really want something and your willing to put the time and effort
in to it you can achieve anything.
but your if your hearts not in it dont bother
i have been obese since the age of 11 which made me very self conscious of myself, i had no confidence,
i had a few friends and girls wouldnt even look at me. i stared going to the gym at age 13 lost a bit of fat gained a lot
of muscle and of course i grew a few feet. so i didnt look as large as i did when i was 12 but i was still a big boy and i did
develop a social life but i missed out on a lot.
then i thought enough is enough ive been doing this for years with little to show for it. so i decided to go in hard
over this time (13-3 months ago) i was still eating excess amounts of food, fast foods and plents of snacks,
i wanted this really bad it was all i could think about so i made a routine in the gym (5 times a week for 1 hour)
my diet included a protein bar and some lean protein in the evening ( i never eat past 7)
the weight has literally fallen off my confidence has shot up my male friends respect me and im getting attention from the ladies
my life has lirally flipped 180 and i couldn't be happier.
there are plenty of diets out there that work you just need to find the right one for you.
and its all about determination and will power. i wanted it tried really hard and now ill never look back.

p/s for any health freaks reading this i know my diet was awful but i have now developed a new diet to maintain my weight
so don't go on about how ill put it all back on infact just keep your criticism to yourself!

Im in a similar bind i wont be able to enlst if i dont los 20 pounds
I am a fifteen year old that is 220 pounds and I really need to start losing weight. The problem is that I eat everything. I eat healthy foods all the time but I always over eat. My parents never buy unhealthy food such as chips, soda, cookies. we literally have no junk food. the closest i get to junk food is a popsicle. what should i do!?

Also, I've started to control my diet stay away from junk food often, and do 200 push ups and 45 sit ups everyday.

I am 17 years old, i am 5'3 and i weigh 173lbs. I feel self contious and fat! I am currently attending high school as a senior. In the beginning of high school i weighed 103lbs. I went on birth control for 3 years and i've gained 70lbs in that 3 year period. I just recently removed that birth control and i am on a new one for 10 years. I have already seen some weight loss, and its been approximately 2 weeks. I want to lose more weight FAST, before my graduation in May. I originally wanted to lose weight before my senior prom which is coming around the corner in March, but it isn't happening.. I would like to lose at least 53lbs. I don't want to be fat after high school, i would like to lose as much weight as i can before graduation. I tryed a few diets, like the skinly bio algae, lipozene, and some others im not to sure the names. I would like to try the HCG diet or the Body By Vi or Visalus. Whch ever is healthier, or best. If anyone has ideas or suggestions please feel free to let me know. I would like to try something health, fast and inexpensive. Opinions are gladly taken....
Hey, im thirteen years old and i weigh 84kg which is about 13 and a half stones, i realy need to loose weight, but i just dont have intrest ? but i realy want to loose weight, and now that there's a very close wedding approaching in three months i need to loose it. i dont eat as much to be honest, i dont eat breakfast and after school i just grab some sweets & thankfully i've stopped that & then at 9 O'clock or something like that i eat less than a meal. Im going to try what has been said above, but if you could just give me some more tips on what to do, that'll be great

hi i am 12 years old 6 ft and i weigh 224.0 lb (16 stone) i used to play sports every week like rugby on sunday and thursday and plenty of pe at school but i broke my elbow and damaged my leg and my back all in playing rugby so i couldn't play sports for ages. i HATE being like this and i get called names at school. if anyone knows how i could get down to about 10-11.5 stone in a short space of time i would be very happy and be more confident in myself and hope fully get some girls, lol, thx
