Your size is just fine for your age and you are a long way from being done growing, it will get bigger.
There will be guys much bigger just as there will be guys smaller than you are, among guys the same age there can be a significant difference in size.

Sorry my friends, you are not late starters. Your penis size does not define you though. Remember that. I am very sorry if you were hoping for a huge growth spurt but i was 8 inches by the time i was 14 or 15 and it hasn't grown since. Your penis can continue to grow up to your 20s if your a late bloomer in puberty but as you say yours hasn't grown since 14 that's because yours started early!

It sounds like you are developing normally for your age but you are far from being done growing and you still should get taller and your penis should grow as well,
How long it takes or what the end result will be is hard to predict as everyone grows and develops at different rates and times.
People come in all sizes and penis size can vary a great deal among guys the same age.
If you search for the Tanner puberty scale there is good information on growth and development along with a quiz you can do to determine what stage of puberty you are in they also have a predictor tool to give you a rough idea of how tall you will be.
There is nothing wrong with you and it could just be you have not hit a growth spurt yet and that just takes time.

If you are 14, then that is average. I'm 14 and mine was 2.5 inches erect 2 months ago and now it's 2.8 inches erect. So good thing it's still growing!
