I am 17 now, i was the same way around the age 14, had a short penis, hit puberty late. But when i hit it i could tell, im hittin over 6 inches now. so its not really anything to worry about man, just wait it out and you'll be fine
I am a woman. Have to say, size does NOT matter. It is a man's character, and thoughtfulness that fulfill a wroman's heart.(and desire) Being healthy is the most important. As long as you are healthy you will be fine. Don't masturbate when you are young or not completely grown up. My father was strong when he was young. He masturbated a lot and that caused him pre-mature ejaculation when he had sex. I am glad that he shared his experience and asked me to educate my boys. It relates to your future sex life.
