please help!
im also 13 and '5'4' , i weigh like 135 and LOVE to eat aha but really i feel so fat i get made fun of it and lots all my friends are skinny so i stand out!
i have a double chin D; & my legs are huge! also my stomach is starting to hang..... please help me out

I am 13,  5'4 feet, and 138 pounds. I want to lose 38 pounds, but I do not want my parents to see me exerise or for them to se that I am taking a diet. BUT I WANT TO LOOSE WEIGHT SO BAD!! Please help!

Hi, I am 13 and i weigh 120 lbs.. i have scoliosis so it makes me have huge love handles like alll my wait is focused on them!!!! idk how to get rid of them.. i feel like i always have to wear big baggy close and i can never go swimming HELP!!

Okayy Im 13 and 133 pounds and i wanna be skinny but every thing i try doesnt work i tried a diet and eat healthy foods :( pleASE SOMEBODY HELP ME!! People call me big nasty or fat and tell me your fat and yuou eat to much but my mom says im not fat BUT I AM FAT!!! :(

Im 13 and i weigh 180 pounds=[ I normally stay around 172 but its summer & lately i havnt been getting and exercise. Someone please help me!!

Okay, one thing, your thirteen and only 120? Just exercise and stay the same weight as you grow taller the weight will even out. I'm thirteen, 5'3, and 150 lbs. I Need more help than you do!

I am a 13 year old girl , 5'7 && weigh 150 pounds . I don't concider myself fat . Yet I would like to lose some weight && build muscle . For those of you that think you are fat . Just be active & eat as healthy as possible . If you do breathing excersizes it helps your metabolizem , ( sorry for my spelling ) , wich is a big part of your weight . So like I said , get out their join sports . Whether it's cheerleading , dance , gymnastics , football , baseball/softball , soccer , basketball , swimming . WHATEVER ! Even taking walks with friends is being active . I hope this helps . It's helping me .

im 13 and almost 14 and im almot 200 i get told by every one im so pretty and if i lost weight i would be even better looking i want to lose weight really bad but i hate dieting and stuff its soo hard what  do i do and i really active i am in volleyball basketball n danceing

i weighed 144 and my mom did weight watchers with me and i lost 10lbs in one week all you eat is salad and drink water it might suck but just think in one week you will look great i now weight 98lbs and wear a size 5 and xsmall

I'm 13 years old, 5' 3' tall, and i weigh 152 lbs. I think i'm really fat. The rest of my family are all skinny and muscular and my sister is a star athlete. I run cross country and track and I almost never get to eat out. I have a healthy diet because my mom is a personal trainer and I workout at least 4 times a week. Should I workout more? Eat less? What should i do to lose weight?
