Heyy Guys, I am 13, I have had a lot of problems with my weight then I decided to cut out most of the junk foods such as chips, ice cream, chocolate etc. I am still doing this, every friday I have my junk food day where I can eat junk foods this gives me some thing to work towards each week. Also remember to put 2 fruits in your lunch box at least this will supply the sugar that you have lost from taking the sugar and junk foods out of your lunch. To start off with don't take out all Junk foods, then work your way up to having no Junkie foods left. This has helped me a lot hope it helps you. :D :-|

if you go for a regular 30-40 minute walk every day you will defiantly start to see the results. If possible, you could even try going for runs.

try to do a lot of physical activities for ex:hiking,swimming,walking,riding your bike....also try to take unhealthy fats out of your diet they are not good for you.....if you want to have a blast when losing weight try Zumba clasess they work very well its only $5 a class...:-)

If you feel embarressed to work out infront of people you could always go in your bedroom so no one can look at you. The excersices you can do are walking,jogging,running,sit ups,press ups and i recomend that you get some dumbbells it helps with belly fat, but dont excersise too much other wise your body will crave more food. Its best if you start walking then progress to jogging then running so not to cause a heart attack. Also try to eat more veg and fruit but you should probably look at a food weel to see how much of each thing you need. I hope this helps, im the same age as you and going through the same thing so good luck.

First start off slow, do 5 jumping jacks a day with a few(2-3) push ups. try to a jump rope, it helps a lot. When your comfortable jog around the block and back. Also stick to eating a salad for dinner and before each meal drink 2 full glasses of water. eat slow as well. join a sport( i play volleyball) that keeps you active 5 days a week. Join a sport that also has work outs that keep you in shape.
