I've had this problem for about 10 years.
I can't find a cure, but I can control it. I've heard it all... form of eczema, form of psoriasis, etc.

I use Dermarest's psoriasis medicated lotion on my hands during the day.  At night, I focus on my fingers and put it on before I go to sleep when there is a 'breakout'.  If the peeling on my fingers gets really bad I will take an intense hand moisture treatment like Mary Kay's hand softner and put aloe gloves on them.  When I wake up, my hands and fingers are all better.

Here is the Dermarest lotion: http://www.dermarest.com/psoriasis-medicated-moisturizer

I have had this problem since I was a child, and it keep recurring until now... I am 33 years old. It started only on my toes, but now it has infected my fingers as well.

It happens so many times in a year. One time my doctor even threatened he is going to cut my toes off if I get infected again. That made me stop seeing him and went to another doctor but nothing changes.

In 1998 I went to see a Chinese Medical Practitioner in Kuala Lumpur. First he treated me with acupuncture then gave me some really foul smelling herbs capsules which I had to take twice a day for 2 weeks. The herbs taste so awful I always choke trying to stop myself from vomiting. But I don't get any outbreak for more than 4 years after that.

When the symptoms comes back, I tried normal doctors again but the cream they gave only works a few months before the blisters come back. I have thought about trying the chinese herbs again but not sure if I can stand the torture of trying to swallow the medicines.

I've had this for over 25 years... small bubbles or clusters of bubbles especially in my hands. Breaking them isn't an option for me because if I break them and don't dig them out they end up being worse.. so, any I have I tend to try and ignore. They get real bad when I've had a lot of sodium or gluten (or both) in my diet and strangely enough if I go swimming in a chlorinated pool regularly like I do with my kids in the summer they either don't show up or they are so short lived and peal so quickly that it doesn't bother me.

i get this too, for about 8 years. They start out as bumps, get itchy, peel badly and hard skin peel, then what is underneath is raw skin that kills when washing dishes, or when i touch my own fingers they feel like they arent even my own fingers. It is not related to cleaning products because I use alternative cleaning materials, also it usually happens sometime April.May

hi im a 17 year old male with the exact same thing. It happens about twice a year in the spring or summer and starting in the winter as well. It only last about a week or two and always goes away with no harm to myself. This has been happening for a few years now. I have also been wondering what this is and is it a reaction to a leaf or plant of sorts or a disease or something else. It is very itchy at first and i have gone to many lengths to try and use a home remedy to cure it. Vinegar seemed to take the itch away and gave some relief but it still bugs me to think that maybe i can prevent it some how.

I get some relief from Burt's Bee's poison ivy soap.  Try it.  It helps slow the itch.  It seems to happen to me in warm weather, too.

I have had this issue for 9 years.  Small bumps on the meaty part of my palms.  They itch, then pop, then peel.  Now mine is severe because they hurt so bad I can't use my hands at some points.  I have been to the dermatoligists, and several drs.

NOW FOR THE GOOD NEWS.....  Try CLARINEX.  This is an allergy medication.  I had other allergies and the dr prescribed it for me and low and behold my hands cleared up completely!!!!  I was taking it on a daily basis and never had a break out.

Now for the BAD News.....  My insurance quit covering the medication, so needless to say I am in constant breakout now, it NEVER GOES AWAY.

If your insurance covers it, give it a shot, it is the only brand that has Desloratadine....

Also, I just found this out, if you can't afford this medication to try it, you can go to the website for the makers of Clarinex and if you qualify, they will give you the medications FREE of Charge. Which I am now going to do so that I can get rid of my hand problems.

For a natural cure to this try TEA TREE OIL, I just rubbed some onto my  hands for about a week and the bubbling & itch was completely gone.  Also for the itch forget expensive cream with loads of chemicals in it and use olive oil.  Rub it in like lotion and it will stop the itch and moisturise the skin as well.  The tea tree also helped my athletes foot which I'm convinced is what caused the bubbling on my hands (infection spread), my dad used the tea tree for the same problem & it worked like a dream for him too  :-D

I have had the little bubbles with liquid for years, but just now for the first time, what you just discribed has happened to me, the peeling that started inside my nail and worked its way out. In my case the peeling became painful.
