It's been more than a year from my prior post and let me tell you the soldering iron worked wonders! The rim is as smooth as a baby's butt with one treatment. I suggest heating each papule till it's white/slightly charred. Hit each papule at least once, even the tiny bumps. dont be scared to heat a wide area. If you still feel pain put more anesthetic cream on, let it absorb, wipe it off and keep going. After treatment first few days I'd leave it wrapped up in sterile bandage with antibiotic cream/ointment . leave a little opening to piss out of. then after 3 days remove the wrap and you can put a little antibiotic cream daily and air it out. I wouldn't get it wet showering the first two days. I highly highly suggest the soldering iron method and not paying hundreds for ablation by a doctor. I have pics if you want to see the before during and after.

I'm in the U.S. And I bought a 4% lidocaine product called: Numb Nuts The Manscapers Pain Relieving Cream. It worked like a charm after about 40min. I was shacking so bad the first time I did this, but after the first pop it was smooth sailing no pain at all. Think it was drugstore.com

Please could I see pictures? I am still skeptical about this whole soldering iron idea, is there a likely risk of infection? And will the PPP be gone for good?

Yes, the papules will be gone for good and there's no infection whatsoever when you try this method.

For those considering this, EMLA cream is basically a cream that contains lidocaine. If you find this cream is only available by prescription, keep in mind almost every adult sex industry novelty shop sell "spray on" pump spray to help men last sexually. This spray is designed to desensitize sexual arousal, and the active ingredient is lidocaine. I'm sure this spray could work as an alternative. It really isn't all that good for its intended design anyway, as it usually ends up desensitizing the female vagina anyway.

I do not think that's the best way! All diseases are ways to treat it, penile papules pearls too. I can say that this works finally. At first, you will be nervous and shake. But you have to realize that this is how they get rid of papules at a professional setting, by burning the skin off with lasers. So don't be emotional and think you are ruining your penis, new skin will grow back but just smoother than a baby's bottom. It's totally fine and normal if you are really nervous about this and uncertain as I was when I did it. But it's one session and you're done for the rest of your life. Just try to do everything right and you will be totally fine. Nothing really bad can happen unless you aren't careful and burn yourself for like a minute in one spot. I had 6 papules and they're all gone.

I know all of you are thinking wtf that's crazy your burning your penis with a iron how can you say nothing bad will happen?? But you can't think that way. Like I said this is what they do in a professional setting. Don't think deeply about it. It's like before banging a hot b***h, you think of hot she is and how much of a scumbag you are. It'll only ruin performance and is not reality. Even if you miss a spot like I did because of shaking, the spot will grow back nicely. I also know that most of you guys are smart and will be extra careful. When you are doing it, just know nothing bad can really happen, one session is better than papules for the rest of your life, and if you miss a spot it will grow back. I know this is hard to think with a burning iron in your face but it's the truth.

Also has anyone burned skin on other areas? Does it grow back with new skin? I have a scar on the opening of my penis all the way my balls and I was wondering if burning it off will help.

i did the soldering iron method to remove my ppp about 3 weeks ago, and they are all gone. no scars. i used emla 5% cream to numb area and felt absolutely no pain at all while burning the ppp nor after it in the healing phase. i used betaisodona cream for healing and it worked perfect for me...

the soldering iron i used was a battery sodering iron with just 6watt and a very small tip, you can get one of these at ebay e.g. for about 10$ or even less.

the reason why i felt the need to share my positive experience with this method is that i hope you guys might celebrate your first ppp-free-day as well ;)
