Period 1 week late, cramps, and a negative pregnancy test

My period is one week late. Not that big of a deal, but they are usually pretty regular. Mabye only one or two days difference. So I thought I would take a test to see if I'm pregnant. I have taken two in this time period, both were negative. I am having cramping like if I was on my period. All the normal sensations and pains that I get when I'm on my period, I'm having now, except breast tenderness. I'm not under any undue stress that would delay my period. I am also having pain in my lower right side of my abdomin, a little lower then my hip bone area. I can take the negative pregnancy test, but with all the other symptoms, I'm a little confused as to the problem. The cramps are very convincing that I should be starting my period but nothin has come down. I haven't even had any spotting. I have a 4 year old. When I took my pregnancy test with him, I took it 2 days before my period was due and it showed I was pregnant before I put it down. I had a Cesarean section with him. Not sure if any of this would have anything to do with it. I just wanted to give as much info that I could. Does any of this sound like I should see a doctor? Or just keep track of all the symptoms and see what happends.
I'm just sittin here frustrated and confused.

right like it's not enough your body is out of wack but the waiting part like what is going on ,I am going through the same thing ,wish it would just come now every time I go use the wash room I'm looking waiting like I don't want to be pregnant like please not again can't handle it ,finally got my body back down to it's normal weight and shape and to go through it all again fat and bloating and all that you go through to have the baby isn't just the 9 month's it's a whole new life that is your responsibility for ever and ever on Earth ,I am 43 with 5Kids from all ages to 25to 4 so been there done that it's not fun any more after your mind is this is the last one for sure ,blmae it on the Man
And also you have to it to consideration the Father of the child ,make sure before you bring a life in the world that the Father will be there for the child cause the child needs much more then a Mother can handle , prompts to all the Mother's out there that are there and the Father isn't be proud of your self , don't think being pregnant is some thing great if your young and alone in it make sure you have your life together before you bring another life in to this messed upped world it is not easy ,rent ,car payment ,insurance ,health insurance ,food ,gas ,clothing ,milk , diaper's,no time for your self at all ,a women's job is never done a man goes to work and come back home and is served on and doesn't have to clean, cook wash clothes , ect...not fair

I had the same issue. I don't feel pregnant once so ever and when I had my daughter I just knew something was different. A day after my period was late I receive a positive response. I'm currently 5 days late and have taken four hpt but each one has read negative. I know for sure I'm not pregnant because I don't experience the same symptoms I did with my daughter. Sometimes your changes because of the ovulation phase. My mom told me that one time her period was a week late but she wasn't pregnant so maybe you should see if a family member has had a similar experience. 8 still have not got my period but I know it will come when it's ready.
I am 46, have 10 children, want to be pregnant, and am 5 days late. I know stress, medications,etc can affect your period. I'm afraid of menopause happening, and I have had ovarian cysts before. I don't think the cysts have an affect on your period but I could be wrong. I have pain under my right rib and I feel very bloated. I always am lactating, whether pregnant or not. Also, does anyone know about tubal pregnancies? I think they might show up negative.

I'm a week later. My period was suppose to start in Jan 2ND..I took two pregnancy test and both were negative. My husband and I are trying to get pregnant. I had one partially blocked tube in my right side and left side was removed. I had an SIS procedure in September and the doctor told me that he forced the tube open. I'm having abdominal cramps and I'm never late. Nothing stressful going on out of the ordinary. I'll probably test again today and go the doctor later this week.
