It's called stucco keratosis. It's benign but unsightly and tends to spread up your legs. I got rid of them when I soaked in a hot bath for a long time and then scratched them off. They may come back, but I figure I can just do it all over again.

I have this on both of my feet and on my arms. I am 45 years young and on the top of my hands I have those dark brown (some huge) liver/age spots. I inherited these from my grandma and my mom. I am glad to know the name of the white spots on my feet now. Thanks for sharing!

Both my aunt and myself have this problem, too. She was told that they are warts.

Its stucco keratosis. Its caused by high triglycerides and/or high sugar content in diet.
Go on a low carb diet and they'll go away. Walk 2-3 miles a day they'll go away (this lowers trigs). Stop eating wheat will help.
once you fall off the wagon, they'll come back.

I've had these small white bumps for more than ten years. They scrape off easily. A good dry skin lotion like 40% Urea greatly diminishes them but doesn't eliminate them. Two different dermatologists were of little help.

Turns out it is diet related. When I went on a low carb diet they went away.

I think you were right about the yeast infection. That makes very good sense. I will cut down on my beer consumption. I did not drink very much but I think that is the problem. Thanks for your advice. also there is a steroid cream out there called lotrisone. It helps treat yeast infections so my one doctor told me. It is not listed that way in the PDR but it does work for some reason with yeast infections.

I've had this problem for over 20 years and have hundreds of them on my feet, ankles and legs. I have seen numerous doctors/dermatologists, none have been able to diagnose it. I have tried apple cider vinegar, medical cannabis salve, antifungal creams and essential oils, lotions. In a desperate attempt to get rid of them I used compound W, I do not recommend this- very painful. One doctor prescribed an oral antifungal that helped a lot but she would not refill the scrip more than 2x because it is not good for the liver, the bumps went away but then came right back. It sucks right? I wish I could find a cure.

What you guys have is Stucco Keratosis (might pay for you to look it up. This condition is common in mainly older males but also some females. There are no real remedies to permanently rid yourself of these little white bumps. good news is they are not infectious.

Please does anyone knows what this is. Each tiny bump is whitish in color and they are about 1/16 of an in inch in diameter max. Their number is in the hundreds, are dry and seem to be hollow and itch like crazy. I have them around my ankles and they they thin out as they radiate to the top of my foot. At first I thought they were some type of wart or musculosum contagiosum but they were way too small and didn't have the characteristic dimpling in the center. They come and go. It's the deep itching that drives me nuts. Yes I've seen a dermatologist, with a month long wait by the time I get in they're gone. I'm a retired woman's health nurse practitioner so I'm not that familiar with uncommon dermatitis so any information will be greatly appreciated.
