I just lightly shaved them off with my face razor in the shower. Didn't even feel it.

I am looking for an answer to your same problem. If you find an answer what it is and if it can be cured please post. Thank you

It is a keratosis, can't recall the fist word, but they are non cancerous, inherited but not dangerous. They come and go at what to me seems random times, or at least fade away if not totally gone. They are awful to look at but generally not itchy or bothersome. They can be scrapped off, but they will come back at some point. I am going to start tracking them to see if the type of socks I wear at various times of the year have any bearing on them. Become more promenant after age 40.

Can it occur in people younger than 40? I'm 19 and I have found this on me and it's terribly itchy. I'm searching for the quickest way to relief and haven't found any as of yet. Any tips?

Same condition as described. I only shower, and cannot reach my feet for good scrub. After walking in wet sandy beach, saw improvement...so now, about every ten days I use very fine sand paper or every board on the top and sides of my feet. Does the trick!

I stay away from sugar, since family members developed (later in life - after 60) diabetes. I still have the condition, so, I don't think that's the answer.

Thank you for this advice! My bumps are itchy and I've used an Emory board to file them down which helped. The castor oil you recommended did the trick for me. They appeared like a small scab then went away. As a plus, it made my very dry feet soft!

Yes my white spots will appear on my legs after shaving. If you drag one of them with your razor they go right up your legs. I cannot wear summer shoes because my feet and ankles look so bad. I don't tan but use to use tanning lotion. It makes all the white spots a dark brown and shows up even worse.
