Yes that is what my doctor told me Stucco Keratosis. I have had them for 15 years and I'm 61. My doctor told me no big deal as a lot of people get them the older you get. It is an immune thing as I have had Psoriasis for 25 years off and on on the bottom of my feet and palms of my hands. Winter is the worse time summer not so bad.

I have the same thing. Has anyone found out what it is? They scratch off easy. I have more on the top of my foot. I also have them around my ankle but not as bad as the top of the foot.

I have the same issue. It doesn't hurt, but itches sometimes. The scabs scratch right off. Went to my demo this am and forgot to ask him about it. My wife, a nurse, says that it is a yeast infection. We are going to start the Epson salt treatment tonight. If that doesn't work, then add a pinch of vinegar. Yuck!

This may have something to do with Gout Meds. I have seen this twice and both times is when I had Gout attacks. The only thing I did was scrub the area then use a lot of moisturizing cream. I will try the salt and vinegar next time but I hope there isn't a next time.

My small white numbs come and go, sometimes itchy and sometimes only know they are there if I happen to see them while putting on socks. I happen to have them during a benefits fair when dermatology was there. They told me they were a keratosis and non cancerous, inherited from someone and can hide or flair up. I can't recall which keratosis it was though. Thinking it started with an s, but the ones with an s I recently googled are red or brown growths. I tried to search as they are itchy today and I was looking for suggestions for stopping the itch.

iv got copd lung desizes I made my self hill by giving up my medication and it all cleared up but since going back to my medication iv now got white lumps on my feet hard to walk on and bad ichie on my khankles this has cost me my jobs so I put this down to my medication please seek help has I found this out my self with no help good luck
