Eat a LOW FODMAP diet as it is easier to digest & you will have a less likely chance of getting diarrhea. Also, you should take anti- diarrhea pills (I was told that it is not harmful to take one pill daily ..just stop after a couple weeks and see if it made a difference)
Lastly, use gas medication EX) ultra strength ovol. It seems a like you have gas that is difficult to pass which may be causing the noise.
These things helped me ALOT! I hope they work for you as well
This is EXACTLY what i have right now, and it is frustrating. I just want answers my GI doctor hasn't helped AT ALL I've been on about 100 different medications for 2 years, and I've probably visited hospitals and doctors over 80 times . I had depression and anxiety because of this problem I actually thought it was IBS but no medication has helped. My problem also started around freshman year , and I NEVER missed school, then freshman year imissed about 2 months so far right now as a sophomore I've missed 3 weeks wich is progress but not enough. It's frustrating I've started to have a phobia of silent places too and when it would be silent work time I would immediately freak out and cry at times but ihad a pass to use the restroom and I'd use it when my stupid problems acted up most. Getting rid of this problem would be great help.
First of all its no in your head your suffering from bacterial overgrowth it happens to many people and many doctors think patient suffer from IBS your not suffering from that hopefully.
Avoid as much sweet and go on complete gluten free diet, drink plenty of water i mean at least 2 litres include vegetable in your diet, work out for 1 hour and please eat light snacks between meals also go for counselling cause you are having anxiety and pain attacks please do the SIBO test which is mention on the blog. I Hope you get rid of those noises and focus on your studies and future. God Bless You.

Hey! Im 23 psychology student from Latvia. I'm dealing with this problem for very, very long time. Almost 9 years. It gets easier because I'm used to it because I know things that works for me to reduce simptoms but still it's every day struggle. Most important thing is to change perception and attitude. I have idea. Maybe we all can make group chat where we can support and see each other. Maybe then we won't feel so lonely in this problem!! PLEASE put email don't below and I will reach you! Stay strong.
OH...THANK YOU!!! I am going to the store in the morning to get some Vitamin C!!! I did not even know what to Google. My question: Did I fart or did I not fart? How do I explain this to my doctor? ...totally embarrassing...
