I have had the same issue. There are not answers in mainstream medicine, but definitely people in the holistic health realm know about some causes. To find out a specific diagnosis for your personal issues, it would be a good idea to find a naturopath who specializes in computerized energy testing. This can read the frequencies in your body and cells to determine where there might be pathogens or toxins causing harm.
If you don't want to go this route, a good colon cleanse is always a place to start. I used to have loud, constant gurgling in my stomach. Diet definitely helps, eating organic produce, limiting carbs, and washing chemicals/pesticides off of everything with natural product or vinegar. A great colon cleanse that won't make you have diahhrea is HSU's internal cleanse. This is what I use when I need an intestinal reset. It works wonders and I do not have the stomach growls like I used to.

what i did in the last 1 year was ,every morning 100 pushups ,yoga and even running ..
Eventhough this helped in improving my fitness ,still the problem was there but its reduced ,so go for it if its possible for you..
Now let me tell you the actual reason and solution of this problem .
I am sure most of those facing this problem are very shy people like me who cant fart in public places but peeps plz stop beign shy :P
whenever gas is build up in your body it needs to be brought out ,if not the wind goes back and a certain noise comes up ,this is the reason for those terrible noises.
solution for the problem :
In nutshell ,try to release gas whenever possible.
my way of doing it :
wake up 45 min earlier as compared to your usual time and do some exercises which puts pressure on your stomach like yoga or whatever you feel .Before exercise a glass of warm water or warm lemon juice would be good option to help in releasing gas.
before defecating you should strickly release all the gas from body.if while defecation gas is comming ,means you are not doing your pre-defecation workout properly.
This would avoid those noises atleast untill your next meal
but what about afternoon meal situation ,again the gas would built up but comparatively less as you have emptied your body gas in morning.Now after the meal try to go to washroom or any corner places after every lecture or whenever possible as in my case and try to fart ,this would avoid the noises.
This would definitly work as in my case its almost gone now .
Also note that as our problem is related to gas you should try to avoid those food that produces gas and try not to be shy ,everyone farts and its not a bad thing :)

How can i stop this. this problem is with me from last 6 years now my age is 28.
Guys, I've been through the same exact hell for 1 year of my highschool. And I figured a 100% solution. For a 100% silence. All you have to do is to squeeze your anus for 5-20 minutes after you woke up or when just started to have breakfast. If you've got gases - let it out before this.Works for 6 hours. Than do the same .THAT'S IT. I'm very greateful to have my old life back, I appreciate so much of small things that I didn't even notice before. I've got another problems now, but wooh, better like this, what hell I've been through, what a nightmare. Reply please.
