I had that problem and will have it if I dont follow my diet. Do an IGG FOOD scan, it fixed my problem at 98%. Doctors will tell you the test is not good, but it works beleive me. My test was positive for milk protein and eggs. The test is expensive (300$) but worth it. Good luck

I have the same problem from last 3 years.Trust me it is all in the brain if u try to keep ur mind calm in the situations jst as u talked about classroom or places it may minimize the amout of sounds,but the hard thing is to do that try controlling ur mind make it think that no one is around you.Iam trying to do the same best of luck....

I have had the same issue. There are not answers in mainstream medicine, but definitely people in the holistic health realm know about some causes. To find out a specific diagnosis for your personal issues, it would be a good idea to find a naturopath who specializes in computerized energy testing. This can read the frequencies in your body and cells to determine where there might be pathogens or toxins causing harm.

If you don't want to go this route, a good colon cleanse is always a place to start. I used to have loud, constant gurgling in my stomach. Diet definitely helps, eating organic produce, limiting carbs, and washing chemicals/pesticides off of everything with natural product or vinegar. A great colon cleanse that won't make you have diahhrea is HSU's internal cleanse. This is what I use when I need an intestinal reset. It works wonders and I do not have the stomach growls like I used to.

You might have blockage in your intestines. Try a laxative and maybe some miralax.

hey guys, I suffered from this many of years myself. Eat plain white rice,eat fruits and vegetables, fish is good,and drink herbal tea. Onions and broccoli you shouldn't eat guys.Also don't eat processed foods and cut out all sugar .Definitely try these out guys. It will definitely help you and you don't need to worry about your stomach anymore. If you do still have problems just reply. Good luck!

omg i have the exact problem happening right now. im a freshman in 9th grade, it started happening when i started 9th grade. i thought i was the only one. and i feel you, i feel like this problem is really gonna ruin my life.. i now have anxiety in quiet classrooms bc of this problem and i hate it. i think i heard some people laughing behind me but i didnt know if it was about me. but anywayi feel so embarassed to have this problem, everything was doing so good but now i hate it.

I was too facing this problem since a year or so. This 1 year was very frustating for me .I tried to find the reason behind it and think found the reason and remedy for this problem :) thats why sharing it with you guys ,hope it helps as its working for me .
what i did in the last 1 year was ,every morning 100 pushups ,yoga and even running ..
Eventhough this helped in improving my fitness ,still the problem was there but its reduced ,so go for it if its possible for you..
Now let me tell you the actual reason and solution of this problem .
I am sure most of those facing this problem are very shy people like me who cant fart in public places but peeps plz stop beign shy :P
whenever gas is build up in your body it needs to be brought out ,if not the wind goes back and a certain noise comes up ,this is the reason for those terrible noises.
solution for the problem :
In nutshell ,try to release gas whenever possible.
my way of doing it :
wake up 45 min earlier as compared to your usual time and do some exercises which puts pressure on your stomach like yoga or whatever you feel .Before exercise a glass of warm water or warm lemon juice would be good option to help in releasing gas.
before defecating you should strickly release all the gas from body.if while defecation gas is comming ,means you are not doing your pre-defecation workout properly.
This would avoid those noises atleast untill your next meal
but what about afternoon meal situation ,again the gas would built up but comparatively less as you have emptied your body gas in morning.Now after the meal try to go to washroom or any corner places after every lecture or whenever possible as in my case and try to fart ,this would avoid the noises.
This would definitly work as in my case its almost gone now .
Also note that as our problem is related to gas you should try to avoid those food that produces gas and try not to be shy ,everyone farts and its not a bad thing :)
Would like to hear your experience after following my advice

Hi I have a problem of fart with full sound. specially in nights.

How can i stop this. this problem is with me from last 6 years now my age is 28.

I don't know if you are still checking this but i would suggest you get a blood test for either hyperthyroidism or hypothyroidism. I had a similar problem to you with the butt noises. It sounds as if you are farting but its your stomach. Anyway, i was diagnosed with hypothyroidism and given levothyroxine as medicarion and the butt noises went away! Best of luck!

Thank you so so so so so much! for posting this. I thought I was alone also, my parents keep telling me to drink something warm every morning, I just started drinking something warm today and it felt the same but a tiny bit better. But I HATE having to sit there and see everybody else not having to hold it in because of embarrassment and just get to play around all day and smile. I've cried repeatedly because of it. . I feel like I can't tell any friend or associate about it either. No one deserves to go through this and it's hell when we can't even find someone to help us fix it. I honestly appreciate you posting this so much, I read the whole thing, I really feel sort of better deep inside because I thought I was alone. .

I have the same exact problem and it's been going on for years. I have no idea what to do, I've tried gas-x, still doesn't work and I am a junior in high school. I constantly skip the quiet classes because I know I'll panic and that's when my stomach will start. I also have that feeling I want to fart and when I hold it in my stomach becomes louder. I tried leaving to the bathroom and let it out but sometimes nothing comes out. It's stressful cause there's nothing else to do. there's no cure for this which is even more stressful. Do any of you have suggestions on what to take?

I know it's sucks and I'm not the same anymore I'm taking pills right now and there kinda helping me but not to the point it's going away . I want it's to go away. Idk what to do anymore I tried everything

Guys, I've been through the same exact hell for 1 year of my highschool. And I figured a 100% solution. For a 100% silence. All you have to do is to squeeze your anus for 5-20 minutes after you woke up or when just started to have breakfast. If you've got gases - let it out before this.Works for 6 hours. Than do the same .THAT'S IT. I'm very greateful to have my old life back, I appreciate so much of small things that I didn't even notice before. I've got another problems now, but wooh, better like this, what hell I've been through, what a nightmare. Reply please.
