This plan does work. And, believe you me it does take a lot of work. If you stick to drinking of the water which makes you full, virtually limit your sodium intake to nil, and cook everything from scratch there is no way that this diet can fail. If you eat from the meals specified you will see that the caloric in-take is between 800-1000 calories. You do the math; unless you have thyroid problems you will loose weight. And, the exercise bands are fantastic. It was the first time I did so little and felt so much. If you do the exercises you will isolate your muscles and you do feel it. My husband and I stuck to the program and each day we saw a weight loss and in just 6 weeks were were down 30 pounds. It does work.
I think this is one of the best programs out there. I followed the plan step by step and have lost 60lbs. My husband has lost 30 lbs and I have told several people about this program and everyone else has lost some weight. However if you CHEAT at all it will not work. :-D
Hi Everyone!
To all those who say it's a scam, I say you cheated...It TOTALLY works!!! If you follow it EXACTLY, and eat what you're suppose to eat, WHEN you're suppose to eat it, YOU WILL LOSE WEIGHT! Even without doing the cardio you'll lose!!
So far I've lost 27lbs, and counting and it's only been 3 weeks...my joints stopped hurting, my blood pressure dropped to normal, I'm NEVER hungry, and I feel AWESOME!
This is a LIFE change, not a fad diet...you MUST make a commitment to yourself, and stick to it...it's not like you'll be hungry on this plan, I won't even call it a diet, it's a plan to live by!
Let me put it this way...if you can't lose with this plan...you can't and WON'T lose with anything else out there!! Give it another chance and be honest, and true to yourself this time....GOOD LUCK!!

Hello,
I am 48 years old and have 20 pounds to lose. I have tried every diet on planet earth. I did the diet pills, slim quick, hoodia, miracle burn, low carb diet, no fat diet, counting calories and without any success at all. I mean not even a pound! I decided it had to be my age..Started gaining at about the age of 40. I had been small my whole life. Well again, I tried another one. The 6 week body makeover. I have lost 5 pounds in 9 days. I am so happy!! I am on my way. The important things I have figured out about this plan is...The 100 ounces of water is a must. Absolutely no added salt. No sugar, substitute is ok. No dairy. No breads. And you have to eat every 2 1/2 to 3 hours. You have to keep your metabolism going. This is the hardest part for me. I am very busy. I have even cheated just a little. Since Im so busy eating, I never get hungry and the bad cravings havent kicked in yet. I think its because Im never hungry so I dont sit around and think about chips and candy bars. Also, I have only done the eating part. I havent done any of the exercising. None! Probably would have lost more, if I had. May start that this week. Anyway, just trying to help those that this plan didn't work for.

Lay off the ice cream and and fast food!
Listen, this information is far from new but it it actually broken down and explained which nobody has ever done. It's all diet and moderate excercise. I am another success story and I have never read so many positive reviews. I lost 45 pounds in 8 weekks and still counting. The only really requiremnet from the participants is: diligence. Prep time for food is the biggest possible issue but the rewards are well worth it. Your body burns the fat for you and you will lose the weight if you follow the instructions. Go for it and and enjoy the new you in two months!
I am having success with the diet online as to what people are saying they are eating and would like the kit but can not afford the Michael Thurmond price. If you would sell me yours please email me at _[removed]_ Thank you, Debbie

:) I am going to try the Michael Thurmond 6 Week Body Makeover. I have tried Weight Watchers in the past and lost weight but the program moves to slow for me. The 6Week Body Makeover sounds great. I read that you should not eat sugar or salt I know this will be tough but I am willing and determined to lose weight.Just because a program doesn't work for you doesn't make it a scam. Bodies do not respond in identical fashion. Your judgement is hasty, harsh and not well thought out.
This is not a scam. Answer the questions truthfully - accurately determinine your body type, follow the diet to the letter and you will lose weight. I was only on the diet for 5 weeks because I found it cumbersome to be fixing food and eating all the time. I continued to lose weight EVEN AFTER GOING OFF THE DIET. I lost 27 pounds and kept it off for 4 years, even after going back to my old unhealthy eating habits.
To everyone who says this is a scam...you are being untruthful. This is a program that only helps you determine which wholesome foods work best for you, how can that be a scam? Basically, all you are doing on this program is cutting out processed foods and eating 5-6 times per day. I did the program and lost 5 lbs the first day. By the end of the first week, I lost 14 lbs and I would not have lost weight like that if it weren't for real. Whoever says it doesnt work probably just ate a pint of ice cream and has 4 or 5 cookies waiting and wonders why they havent lost any weight. Do this program and be serious...you will definitley lose weight and very fast
Hi there i was thinking of buying it ... I dont eat meat and was worried that the meal plan wouldnt work for me...looking for a bit of feed back ..

,B>Darn this scam. I ONLY lost 88 lbs (as of this morning - 12/6/10) in 32 weeks. It MUST be scam because I actually had to follow a real plan, do what the plan said, plan my meals and cook a little in advance and drink 100 oz of water a day. What was Michael Thurmond thinking?
Let me tell y'all what a scam looks like....people who buy a product for what it doesn't pretend to be, and then get PO'd when it doesn't work the way they want it to. No, you won't lose 30 lbs the 1st day....in fact, ya know what? I didn't even lose 30 pounds in the promised 6 weeks....but I DID lost 28 pounds in those 1st 6 weeks (14 lbs in the 1st week)....and you call this a scam?
If the system didn't work for you... Then you CHEATED. I find it impossible to follow this plan and not lose a considerable amount of weight. If this system didn't work no system will work for you. Obviously no diet plan will work for you kind of people. My guess would be that you are overweight and can't eat the proper food to make the program work, which is a must. Futher you are obviously very lazy and can't find 30 minutes a day to walk or do the prescribed workout. It is not the program that is a failure it is YOU!!!!!!!!!!

It's not a scam b/c the product doesn't work....it's a scam because when you buy the $200 package they give you 14 days to try the coach network for free before they start charging you full price, it's also suppose to give you access to the program within one business day.
I waited 3 days after they charged my account before I started calling to follow up so that I could get my access code. It's been 12 days of phone calls and I still don't have a passcode that works. I've spoken to more then 7 people who keep re-routing me to someone else..."oh we don't do that here, let me give you the number of who can help you."...after I complained - one guy even gave me his own number by mistake, and then back peddled to say...no no, that number is bounced here when the office is closed...it was mid-day, no reason for it to be closed.
So mucch for the free trial!!!
