I had the exact same thing happen when I rinsed regularly for well over the minute, thinking I was cleaning my mouth more but it cause the problem you mentioned.
Since I reduce the period I keep the mouth wash in my mouth to the correct period, the problem stopped.
To all with the stringy stuff it's not f*****g toothpaste or God damn mouthwash. Its a pericite worm it is transparent. It lives in your gums saliva glands. Today's my first day with them And I'm not to f*****g happy about it going to tell you where you got them from. Potatoes or family dog. Dragging there was around on the carpet.
