The same sensation started with me about one month ago. I have had a herniated disk and have been dealing with sciatic pain for about six months prior to this penis pain starting. I don't know if the two are related but I did some searching and found a site that explained that this could be caused by a entrapment of the pudendal nerve. This nerve runs along with the sciatic nerve through the pelvis and winds up in the tip of your penis. This nerve can also get messed up if you are an avid cyclist. Not the case with me. Found a treatment that seams to be helping. It is called ART. Active Release Technique. Google it along with pudendal nerve. It is performed by only certain chiropractors that have been trained in this procedure. I will update to let you know if this is a real fix for me. Its been a week of therapy and I must say I think I am about 80% better. Hope it sticks, cuz this really sucks! Good luck guys.

Wow, I started with the same symptoms about 6 weeks ago. I did a lot of research and I came to the same conclusion as you did. Thankfully only after six weeks, not fifteen years like you. I don't know how you handled this for fifteen years? I have been going to a chiro for a few weeks now and am getting some relief. He is doing a treatment called ART Active Release Therapy. He does not seem to be to invested in this and I think that is why I am getting lake luster results but I know I am on the right track. My systems get better after lying down on my back when I sleep. I always used to sleep on my stomach by now when I do the irritation starts up. Side sleeping seems Ok. I have back issues which I think has something to do with the Pudendal nerve irritation. I have a slipped disk that I have been dealing with for eight months now and I know that the sciatic nerve gets inflamed from that. The sciatic and the pudendal do run next to each other at some point in your pelvic region, so I am thinking that this could be part of my issue. Thanks for posting this as if feel verified in my thinking and I hope you find complete relief from this monster. Good luck,

I have the same tingling sensation in the tip of penis. Recently I had unprotected oral sex and it was very rough in a good way. I'm thinking it's nerve damage at the tip. Got the tingling almost immediately after oral was done and it just didn't go anyway. I had something like this tingling before but in my finger tips when the got a little frostbite from playing hockey on a really cold day. Tingling lasted two weeks then started to go away. Maybe in the penis it takes longer or is permanent :(

Hi I also have a tingling feeling in my penis sometimes hot I guess. Been like this for a week and half now. Yes my left legs feels numb and hot sometimes

I recently had unprotected sex with a female friend of mine and now, a week later, I am feeling this tingling feeling inside of my penis. Right at the tip too. When I open my lips as wide as possible I see like this dark purple-ish color to it. When I don't pay mind to it it will usually not tingle but whenever I do it comes back. It doesn't hurt when I pee so idk.

It's a symptom related to trichomoniasis but an antibiotic by itself will not cure it. You have to take Flagyl and a antibiotic like doxycycline. Also make sure your partner takes it and don't have sex or masturbate until symptoms are completely gone, usually a week after you've finished your medication. Hope this helps

I went to a chiropractor because I have had a bad back since high school football (also bad backs run in my family) my stuff is all out of wack. Literally before the session was over the tingling went away. Had to have been the nerves going haywire, because it started after about a week of me starting to workout again. Hope this helps.

Im having the same problem amd its annoying im 15 my mom said it only last a week but i just think shes saying that so i could have some hope vut i now its gonna last forever . i dont think i can stand this forever.she said its a pulled muscle but i now its somthing else and it sucks and painful
