I was on dr Bernstein diet for more than3 months I lost 30 pounds the whole time on that diet I was very hungry once off. I personally would never recommend his program plus too expensive.

Do you have to keep track of the intake of food

Does Dr B expect you to pay for it all once or do they have a payment program? Not everyone can afford to pay 600 bucks with 3 children?!

DIN is the short form for drug index number. All prescribed meds and I think some if not all over the counter meds are assigned an identification number that many benefit companies use for payment and reimbursement on their plans. Hope this helps. (been told dandruff shampoo and some toothpastes have a DIN!)

Even though it has a DIN some insurance companies don't cover it if it is for weight loss. Just supply your insurance company with the DIN and ask before starting to get your answer.

DIN it the medication number assigned to the medication. there is one for every one on the market.
if you look at a box of Tylenol or allergy medication or any prescription you may have there will be this number.
