I have one too on my left butt cheek from 2009. For anyone still looking for a remedy for this deformity, I've found one! Non invasive! Fasciablasting! Look it up. It called the facsiablaster by Ashley Black. I've got my blasters ordered and am ready to take advantage. Other people that have this similar or same issue have had great success. Good luck!

I'd love to hear how it's progressing now. Did the dent go away or at least lessen?? Thank you!

I am 3x your age and one thing I learned. A man who is into YOU will not let a little (or even big) dent on your behind stop him from pursuing you. A man who is not into you will let it stop him. Think of it this way - it's a truth teller, for sure.

Hi! I have the same issue going on not sure if you can give me specifics on how to get ultrasound treatments. I am going to get a deep tissues massage in the next week. I see your post is about a year old. Can I ask what is your progress at this point?

Hi there,
Any new updates on your case? I have some interesting things I went through in the same exact case. We can chat if you want. Maybe we have information that's useful for our cases.

I also did he same thing and bruised my whole left buttock falling down the stairs but I am afraid 8 years on I still have a small hard lump that shows through underwear... learned to live with it although it does still feel discomfort to push on it firmly .

Hi everyone. I fell hard on some wood stairs in March 2012, leaving an 8-inch wide dent in my left butt cheek as well as a tough knot of scar tissue above it. This past Friday I had liposuction on my abdomen and the doctor used some of the fat to inject into my buttock in between the scar tissue. Right now I'm very bruised but hopeful that this will make the dent less noticeable.

I'm the person who got plastic surgery back in Jan 2016. For about a month after the surgery, all seemed well, but then it came back slowly. I then put on a lot of weight last autumn, and the bump came back with a vengeance. My weight fluctuates a lot, and based on the past 4 years (I got my bump in Sep 2013) it does seem to come and go with my weight. I'm inclined to think that the accident caused some sort of fat pocket there to form, so that whenever I put on weight, all the fat goes there. So long story short, I don't recommend plastic surgery. Either that, or get yourself a doctor who actually specialises in hematoma-fat reduction surgeries (I don't think there are a lot of them out there).

4 years, one (unsuccessful) plastic surgery, and an entire year of heat/ultrasound physiotherapy later, I've made peace with my bump. It's not gotten in the way of me living my life, and I have bigger and better things to think about now. I've done loads of travelling, fallen in love, been fallen in love with, relocated to a different continent for work, and have met loads of amazing people and seen lots of amazing places. To all those people out there who've gotten this bump, you'll be able to conquer this, and you'll come out of it a stronger and better person.

Exact same thing happened to me. going down the stairway and then bam! falling and hitting my butt cheek on the stairs. now I have a lump on my left butt cheek and its totally noticeable. its embarrassing. I'm only 18, I won't even let my boyfriend y'know touch my butt due to the lump. I refuse to see a doctor but i will have to do it sooner or later. this is not very pleasant.

So glad to have found this. I fell on rollerskates about 12 years ago, hitting my right buttock on the concrete curb and grass. I recently started doing yoga - and this lump has MOVED! I thought it was permanent, but is now being moved and is closer to the surface. I am going to continue to have roll it out with faciablaster - since that is how I am getting the best results. This is crazy, thank you so much for posting! I am so glad I am not the only one!
