Hi,

Drink plenty of water.Dancing is a good way to loose weight too.Drink plenty of water.Take a green tea.Eat fruit and veggies.Try to exercise at least an hour a day.It really helps.

hey i am not comfortable in my skin nether i am 14 an i used to weigh 135 and running is not my thing nether so i joined and tried out for different sports i am in the 9th grade and is in the varsity swimming team to lose weight outside of school i DRUNK ALLLOOOT OF WATER!! i also went to the gym worked out for an hour and went to the sauna hope these help and ikr i am really late:-)

umm well i haerd that if you buy this cd called slim in 6 you can lose weight in 6 weeks...its only 60pounds but it is worth it or you can go on a diet..juss eat 3 times a day and eat healthlty..try not 2 hav fat food and you can lose a lot in 6months..i am also trying to lose weight ..at the moment i lost few belly weight.. good luck! :)

Well, losing weight is not easy but because you are still 14, you might be able to lose weight faster than you think... First, you have to eat healthier, eat more fish and chicken and avoid red meats, eat fruits and vegetables as a snack( you might eat as much as you want because it is good for you!), do NOT eat fast food, soda, or any other sugary juices!!! and lastly if you really want to eat healthier you should look for a website that helps you know what foods to eat and which to avoid eating. Second, you should exercise EVERYDAY, a good way to exercise is by buying workout videos from famous personal trainers such as Bob Harper and Jillian Michaels, they really work! You should also walk, run, or jog everyday and start doing sports or start dancing... Lastly, persuade your parents to have healthier habits, it is going to be easier for you to lose weight if your whole family has a healthy diet and enjoy exercising!! I actually started eating only healthy foods and exercising and dancing just a year ago and my abs, legs, and arms look amazing but i could've never been able to if my mom hadnt decided to eat healthy and exercuse everyday...

Hi I'm also 14 and I weigh 120. I've found that working out a lot and staying outside away from inside helps you not eat as much. Good luck

You DO NOT need to lose weight... AT ALL
That is rediculous that you want to lose... no offense or anything but you dont need to
each person should be able to lift at least 40 lbs by themselves so you should be good.
anyway id say drink lots of water, stay away from junk food, eat in proportion and stay active
but water most of all

Hey I am 12 and I weigh 208 pounds but I have alot of muscle and trust me I work out day after day but my diet isnt the best. Take baby steps start exercising and ask them for salad and light ranch and drink only water. Do like 50 sit-ups, 50 lunges,or anything else!

I'm 13 and i weigh 149 pounds, 5'5 feet. I hate running and jogging as well. Recently, i just started to eat less for dinner only. I dont do much exercise each day but i still kept my weight the same. Really, for breakfast and lunch, some people skip it but its actually very bad for your health, you'll only gain weight than lose weight if you skip lunch and breakfast. You can skip dinner but i preferably dont think you should. Just eat less for dinner, or even a piece of fruit will help. The reason you dont eat a lot for dinner is beacause you dont do much after dinner. Breakfast and lunch does not really matter because you will run and walk so the fat will just burn. For exercise you could just walk around the house or even just do 10 squats each day. I hope this helped! JUST REMEMBER TO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST OR LUNCH!

I'm 14 I am 6 feet tall 256 pounds and I want to lose wight but when your school serves unhealthy food it's kind of hard to lose wight and its hard to work out because I'm tired after school. Any advice

im 14 and i really need to lose a lot of weight im going to start a diet by:
eating something like a low fat yogurt for breakfast
drinking a full glass of water before each meal because you might just be thirsty and plus it'll fill you up so you dont have to eat so much
if your parents dont but many healthy foods just try and eat less of those foods with your meal and try and add your vegetables
and give yourself a time limit so i would stop eating at around 6-7 o'clock.

are you being serious? you're 98 pounds? you're small enough. definitely small enough. some people would do anything to be your size. be blessed with what you have. if i was your size, i definitely wouldn't be complaining.

I am 14 last year I was 250 pounds and in 5 months I was 150 I didn't starve myself but the only thing I ate was fruit and veggies. Don't do that I developed problems with my body which make me regret ever doing that but I found working out 4 times a week really made an impact on my weight loss. 4 days a week I would do either Zumba,eliptical, or just plain walking for an hour and that really helps. I also changed my diet from eating more fruits veggies and protein instead of fats and carbs and starches. I also cut my calorie intake. From 6000 cals a day to 2000 which is the healthy limit

I'm 14 years old about 5'7 and i weigh 260 lbs...i know, disgusting right? I've tried losing weight before and i can't so i've lost almost all hope....i've even thought about suicide sometimes...can anyone help me?

1. Before every meal drink an 8 ounce glass of water 

2. Don't eat after 6 p.m.

3. Eat breakfast every morning

4. Try healthy snacking such as fruits or vegetables

5. Take your time eating and chew everything slowly
