Thanks, appreciate everyones advice :D
most of these comments are 14 year olds saying how they weigh like 120 lbs. Dude, that ain't healthy. My 13 year old sister weighs 130! seriously?! She is a twig. You guys are either lying about your weight because you're too insecure or you want people to tell you not to diet because you people are attention seekers. But for all of you who actually do want to lose weight, Don't Be Lazy. If you seriously wanted it, you'd run and eat right. You can say no... You don't have to drink soda and eat sugars.
Ramen although not that bad compared to other things is also not the best thing for you. Try switching that up maybe a fruit and a yogurt thats it. Or if you REALLY gotta have your ramen try 1 pack not 2.
Nothing packaged or processed. think if it doesnt rot, then its rotting you. Eat plenty of fruit and veggies also nuts are very good drink lots of waters. Have some special k or some eggs for breakfast. Instead of having 3 meals have 4-6 snacks every 2-3 hours. Bump up your running from 20 to 40 minutes. Anything under 30 minutes is not exactly a waste of time but its snail pace in the weight loss industry. Good luck!
To help with the belly fat lay down and lift both of your legs up at the same and hold for 10 seconds that helps

Hey I`m 14 too and I have always struggled with my weight as well as you. I have tried so many different diets and none of them have worked. One diet that has worked though is the Grapefruit Diet. For breakfast, you eat 1/2 grapefruit, 2 eggs (any style), and 2 pieces of bacon. For Lunch, you eat 1/2 grapefruit, salad with any dressing, and meat (any style, any amount). For Dinner, you eat 1/2 grapefruit, meat (any style, any amount), and any red or green vegetable (including carrots and a few others, but you would have to look that up online). You are allowed to have one snack after dinner and it is 1/2 cup of skim milk or tea. If you do this diet correctly and eat the same things everyday, you should lose somewhere around 10 pounds in 10 days. If your curious to know why this diet works, it is because of the grapefruit. The grapefruit burns a ton of fat every time you eat. I hope that you decide to try this diet and everything works out for you. Good Luck!!!!!!!
I see that a lot of you guys are wanting to loose weight obviously. Well when I was 12, I'm 14 now, I stopped driking soda and started watching my portion sizes and I lost about 40 pounds. When I started I was 190 pounds-I know it was terrible, but I got my weight down to 150 in about a year. I still don't drink soda, but I started snacking recently- DON'T DO THIS! You can eat healthy snacks, but I haven't been eating those I've been eating the junk food. This has caused me to gain weight-which I didn't want to happen. But I think the best thing to do is to exercise and to stop eating junk food and eat healthier instead. Adcice to you guys out there who want to lose weight:
Don't repeat your bad habits
Watch your portion sizes
Eat healthy snacks- Not the "JUNK" food
If you can stop drinking soda-this might take some time, so start cutting soda out everyday until you don't drink it at all
Get Active- I would say at least 60 minutes at least 4 days a week or more
And lastly Don't stress about losing weight and stay confident- It's fine if you cheat and eat a sweet accidentally just get youself back on track. :) Good Luck!!!!
Hi
This is dreadful information. Retain eating & lifting. You resolve gain certain overweight if you are consumption sufficient but you will too improvement plenty of strength as long as you are consumption sufficient & and lifting regularly. Keep in attention that even yet you are not consumption extra it does not nasty you will gain heaviness. Because you have ongoing lifting you are also burning extra calories. To gain weight you need to eat more than you burn
