Just to let you know, my inner lips grew when I was still a virgin, so it has nothing to do with how much sex you've had. Supposedly it's genetics. But I goes to show how little is truly known about vulvas. And because so little is known, I think labiaplasty is a frightening concept. All women have a network of nerves down there, and surgeons are happy to just go and cut into that without knowing this network! I can't imagine how this would affect a person's pleasure if the nerves connecting to her clitoris are severed. Am I self conscious of mine? Sometimes. But the thought of tampering with my pleasure zone by getting surgery freaks me out. And also, you get used to what you know. When I see labiaplasty 'after' photos, I feel a little bit sad for that vulva that had its butterfly wings removed. I actually like the look of lips now. Which is nothing against girls who don't have them, but I think inner lips are sexy and beautiful like a rare orchid.
