Period 1 week late, cramps, and a negative pregnancy test

Question

My period is one week late. Not that big of a deal, but they are usually pretty regular. Mabye only one or two days difference. So I thought I would take a test to see if I'm pregnant. I have taken two in this time period, both were negative. I am having cramping like if I was on my period. All the normal sensations and pains that I get when I'm on my period, I'm having now, except breast tenderness. I'm not under any undue stress that would delay my period. I am also having pain in my lower right side of my abdomin, a little lower then my hip bone area. I can take the negative pregnancy test, but with all the other symptoms, I'm a little confused as to the problem. The cramps are very convincing that I should be starting my period but nothin has come down. I haven't even had any spotting. I have a 4 year old. When I took my pregnancy test with him, I took it 2 days before my period was due and it showed I was pregnant before I put it down. I had a Cesarean section with him. Not sure if any of this would have anything to do with it. I just wanted to give as much info that I could. Does any of this sound like I should see a doctor? Or just keep track of all the symptoms and see what happends. I'm just sittin here frustrated and confused.

I too, am dealing with the same thing...a week late for my period, but light cramping llike I could start at anytime. I do not have any breast tenderness but am really tired. Not sure whats :-)

I'm not on the pill. My period is a week late. I've always been regular every 22 days or so I get my period. This month, I had what looked like a period for 12 hours, but it was very light and I had no period symptoms at all. Then I started spotting dark dark red, almost brown. I have lower back pains, stomach cramps, nausea and hip pain. I took 6 tests and all came out negative, then went to Planned Parenthood and got a test done and that also came out negative but still not real period. I was due for my period on the 7th, but 28 days would have been the 11th. I had the light bleeding on the 9th. Could I still be pregnant and the hormone is not yet showing up in my urine.

HELLO LADIES I MYSELF SEEM TO BE HAVING THE SAME PROBLEM. I WAS SUPPOSED TO GET MY PERIOD ON NOVEMBER 28, 2011 AND AS OF NOW I AM 3 DAYS LATE. I have polisistic ovarys but my period are like clock work I am never late or early I have always been good like that with my periods but my last period came on time but only lasted 2days and was very light , I am usualy very heavy and need to tripple up nighttime pads (the thickest pads) I found that very strange so this month I was due on monday the 26th march and its now sat 31st march and still no blood but I have the usual signs of period dull cramps ( my cramps are usualy that bad I have to stay in bed and I take special asid tablets for pain and flow) sore top legs tender boobs and I feel sick and have gone off some of my food usualy I eat like a gannet on my period please somebody explain I'm only 19 and do not want a baby yet I'm so wurrid and to scard to take a test I have a long term boyfriend but we are not ready for children x

Im just as confused im a couple days late and i always spot on so i took a hpt and it was possitive but it was an old test so i took two more and they were negitive i have serious lower back pain and im peeing all the time my breast are a little tender but nothing really that noticable what should i do??

I am 23 years old and 11 days late on my period. I stopped using the pill a few months ago, so my period had regulated to about 5 weeks. I am now going into my 7th week, no period, light cramping and breast tenderness. I have taken two HPTs and both were negative. Should I go see my doctor or just hang in another week?

Hi i need abit of help im 16 and im late now 2 days i told my boyfriend and he told i cant be pregnant because he used protection al the time im always on time for my period and now im so scared what should i do i took 2 pregnacy test and they came out negative plez help x

like everyone else i my self is having the same problem. I am two months late on my period. sometimes my cervix is open but other times it is closed. my breasts hurt and i have took blood tests and home pregnancy tests are negative. someone please help and explain what is going on with my body. When morning comes i puke and my stomach is hard.

Seems like everyone is sharing the same problem... We are dying to know if we are pregnant, but we don't allow the time to work.. ok so iv been having the same problem , stopped the pill two months ago, one week late, cramps , sore boobs, negative hpt, i went for a blood test an hour ago i will wait 2 hours and ill know hopefully, ill let you know, ill start giving some answer in this chatroom coz there only seems to be questions lol x
