I had tummy tuck 14 months ago. I have swelling alot. Cant eat much uncomfortable. Gained weight in my butt alot. Uncomfortable alot. My stomach will tighten up and make me uncomfortable
I hope you're doing better. I had my TT 16 years ago, and continue to have the same problems you have addressed. It has taken a toll on me both, mentally and physically.
Me too. I am miserable nearly everyday from complications of this surgery. Would love an answer. I am so sorry your 2nd surgery didn't help. It has been 16 years since my surgery.
Do you have an special diet? i'm having the same issues you described, Had a full tummy tuck in 2017 and than a revision in 2018 the second Dr tight my muscle wall even more and now a year later I'm having a lot of intestinal issues like the ones you described, had a full sonogram of my belly even an ultrasound and everything its normal they only found small fibroid, I was referred to a GI doctor, I'm freaking out thinking I have cancer or who knows what, Please let me know if there is more forums or where I can find more information about this. THE DR.S SHOULD PUT A DISCLAIMER AND WARNING ABOUT THIS UGLY PAINFUL RESULT. Of course there not going to tell you because a;; they care about is your money $$$$$ in there pocket.. I am so sorry for everyone going through this. I am 4 years post opp and am having horrible bloating in my upper abdomen. It is not always so bad but when it is it is painful and not pretty to look at. Very nerve racking to know that there is no end in site. I swear if I knew I would have never done this. I regret it every day... I should have just embraced my mom body and been proud of it.... Bless all of you and may someday we all find some all find some relief. Me too I’m two years suddenly started feeling tight above by incision and below the belly button. It comes and goes when I wake up nothing as I start my I can feel it.. wondering if I damaged something. Today I feel bloated ... wondering if it’s IBS or my tummy tuck. I wore the band to work it helped but then was tight.. my tummy looks flat expect for the shelf -like scar left which I need to revise ... don’t know what else to do... I’m 47
Superstar, It has been 17 yrs. for me. I am having all these same problems. I feel awful most of the time. I too feel like it is lymphatic related. I once had cupping and acupuncture done by an Osteopath, and got immediate relief of the constant stagnate feeling I have in my umbilical and epigastric area. I also suffer in my lower tt scar. This surgery has made my life miserable. There is something wrong with my core now. I really blow up after any type of activity. Please let me know if any of you have found answers. Sorry you are suffering, also. By the way, the relief after cupping was very temporary. I was so disappointed.
Has anyone found relief from this. I’m two years post tummy tuck and have suffered the same and infections and hospital stays. I regret it so much and no doctor knows how to fix it or what to do.

I will be two years post op on September 5. I have an uncomfortable feeling of pressure in my abdomen that worsens as the day goes on. I’m seeing my surgeon in two weeks but after reading all of this I’m losing hope that he is going to be able to help me .
I had my tummy tuck in 2017 and ive never regained feeling and hate the way my stomach feels! Still I swell if I do too much house work. I swell at the bottom right above my vagina. Its so uncomfortable and has been REALLY bothering me more so lately.
