Hey man. Just reading this and what you're describing sounds like COPD. My father and grandfather died from it because they never did anything about it. It's easily managed when you catch it early. Tell your doctor you want the test for COPD. Not sure exactly what the new one is called. I believe it was called an alpha 1 test. Please insist on this.

I went through almost the same thing as you. The docs put me on adavair and a rescue inhaler. I also see a natureopath and through trial and error we found that taking a combination of NAC, vitamin B and a pantothenic acid keeps my airways clear and I have no need of the adavair or rescue inhaler....I do keep the rescue inhaler with me though just in case. Was very odd to go from running 5 miles every other day to all of a sudden asthma!

Has anyone checked their homes for black mold or mold in the duct work in the air cond. system? Some of these mystery illnesses sound like maybe mold spores may be the cause.

I dont think its in youre head..Last night when i layed down to sleep so tired all of these wierds sounds were comming out of me like squeezing air out of a balloon they were so wierd i couldnt even go to sleep I have mild asthma because i moved from the beautiful air of oregon to calif. e There were so many strange noises i couldnt sleep some heavy chest feelings have had a slight cough ..what is this? I am so tired this morning and felt tired for 3 days...
