Ok so I googled this because it's now my third time. The first two were on the outside of my vagina like on the skin between my leg and outer vagina. The first time I got it I thought it was an ingrown hair because I shave. First I wanna say it isn't an STD I have been checked since and I am clean. So I opened it up trying to find the hair. I have had ingrown hairs down there before and when you do there is always a little bit of white pus. I had absolutely no pus just dark red blood I found no hair. It healed and went away. Then about a year later happened again (there are about the size of a pincil eraser) if I squeeze it it hurts and gets bigger if I push down on it it gets smaller. If I pop it dark red blood comes out it heals goes away and never comes back. I've never had one in the same spot. The second time was in the same are but on the other side I did the same thing dark red blood no puss no hair. Then just this week I got one one the outside of my left thigh kinda right where my butt ends but closer to the front of my body than my butt. In a place where there is no friction no rubbing nothing also no hair so now I know for sure its not an ingrown hair. I squeezed it it got bigger and hurt. I pushed down on it it got smaller like it drained back into my body. I left it alone for about 3 days and it got super small like almost disappeared except the skin was still pink. Today like 10 minutes ago I pierced it with a needle in three different spots just incase. All that came out was once again dark red blood. And now it's empty and it will heal and go away. Nothing I read from any of you guys seems to be exactly what I'm having. It's not an infection, it's not a zit, it's not an ingrown hair, it's not a boil, there is no pus there is not anything inside except dark red blood. WHAT THE HELL IS HAPPENING TO ME. mine heal and go away and never come back. Is it just like a blood vessel that popped and came to the surface? And that's why when I oush on it it goes away? I wish I had health insurance and could ask a doctor because I seriously have no idea what's going on. I cannot say enough how there is nothing in it except blood and it heals itself without any mead or anything.

When I sit down or even sometimes later in a weird position, they hurt very badly.
But when I drain it, blood and pus comes out.
Its so embarrassing! It's effect my everyday life! So please if anyone knows what this is let us all know. We would greatly appreciate it!

Mine pop on their own so I really can't stop popping them but yes they leave nast black scars that damn near never go away

I'm 15 too and get them on my labia....I know your not supposed to pop them, especially like this but I just squeeze them and the blood comes out. You probably should do that though. They always go away after that, but they do leave a black scar.

Exact same thing...inner left thigh, insane amount of dark red blood. what i thought it was at first was jock itch (had in highschool and comes back from time to time) but i dunno. frikkin gross as hell
i've been reading the comment and seriously some of these are actually jock itch. if theres multiple bumps on inner thigh with pus and blood thats what it is. get tinactin, it goes away quick
