Wow..... you look like one chosen guy too lol
I'm allergic to weed. It's not that bad that I can smoke. But if I smoke it too much, like everyday, then I become crazy like it's allergy season. (I didn't even know about how allergy feels lik like before)
Anyways, good luck to you! Lol

Crazy muscle tension with weed. Always increases my pain, I can't physically relax my muscles. My brain is relaxed, but the tension in my back neck and shoulders is really annoying!

I have smoked weed nearly every day since 2004, (I have been vaping only for about that last 3 years). I have been diagnosed with ankolyzing spodylitis, an autoimmune disorder similar to RA with a genetic marker. Aside from my daily THC I live a very clean and active lifestyle including Kenpo, Jujitsu and daily weight training. My diet is also ultra-strict. Despite this I have probably 8/10 pain when initially active, most especially in my legs. It feels dry and hot and is relieved with activity in the affected area and 2-3 litters of alkaline water consumption. The pain is much worse on hot days and my feet can feel like they are on fire so bad that I have to put them in an ice bath just to be able to walk around the house uninhibited.
I do no other drugs, I take no pain relievers. I have just been toughing through it. I grow my own weed an have used that exclusively for about 5 years now so there is no chance of it being laced. I only use sativa, mostly the Diesel strain.
I took a 6 day break recently and I was actually able to run about a quarter mile before inflammation stopped me. This has been out of the question for the last 5 to 6 years. My symptoms for AS did not start until I was about 38. I am now 43. So did THC activate my AS or am I just more sensitive now that I have an autoimmune condition?

I am a 40 years old male.been smoking since i was 25. When i smoked first i use to enjoy and then suddenly i use to get cramps and spasms. So this what i did
1) made sure my weed is clean and i use good quality tabacco with my joints. Like American spirit.
2) i made sure when i smoke i am not mixing it woth alcohol or high suger drinks
3) go for hash rather than weed. Hash natiraly grown is not high in thc.
4) do not wake and bake
5) this is a must. You have to do excercise wvery day. Yoga worked best for me. I actualy use to smoke half a joint before a yiga class.
I hope above works. When i had this problem i was 28 and i wish someone had the answers or cure for me. But u see weed is so personal and different for different people.
These spasms and back aches are psychologial and anxiety issues not nerve issue. Also most weed sold in wurope and america is home grown indoors with very high thc and low cbd. The high thc can cause anxiety thus u get these cramps and back aches. I hope u guys can smoke with discipline and respect. Om and peace

It's said that sometimes smoking Marijuna reveals all your inner problems, that being said I had the exact symptoms. 10 years later I have cance.

I'm wondering if anyone has the same symptoms as me. I'm struggling to identify if my problems are truly caused by weed. I smoked for several years with no problems. In the last two years i started experiencing significant stiffness between the shoulder blades and base of neck. It causes sever tightness and headaches. My problem is it doesnt necessarily worsen when im smoking. It seems more of an after affect. I can go weeks without smoking and the problem is still there. Does anybody elses symptoms last weeks after they've last smoked? Ive been to tons of doctors and tried every solution we could think of...chiropractor, pt, massage, dry needling. All help but the problem always returns. Im curious if years of smoking have left me with this problem even when i dont smoke or there is a different cause.

Try CBD pills with your marijuana intake. To much THC not enough CBD to counteract the anxiety effect of THC that's your problem.

Well I can also say I get the same guys. As someone who smoked pot for almost ten years it didn't start until about a year and half ago. Whenever I smoke I get this feeling like my spine is beinding backwards. It's very unconfortable. I went to the doctor and was diagnosed with tmj: something I recommend others to look at. Regardless of the diagnoses when I quit smoking pot the pain and weird feelings go away. It is very strange and frustrating to someone who loves smoking but I know if I smoke now it's going to happen all over agin and the pain am dead weird back feelings come back immediately.

I had the same thing... Went to many doctors.. orthopedics, neurologists, homeopathic... Took medicines like anything... But nothing worked... The pain felt like I've been beaten badly.... So one day I just took an ice pack and put it over my shoulder, where the pain was maximum... next morning the pain was a little less, so I did it again and felt much better.... After doing this ice therapy regularly half an hour for a week my pain was completely gone... U can give it a try.....Hope this works for u too....
