try to drink milk and run and swwim .by then you would be thin.and it makes you taller and lose whight and get stronge:-P
I had the same problem when i was 7 i was 20 kilos over most girls i was really depressed but i ate less but not to much that it made me dizzy i also started netball and under no time i am only just over the other girls and im 11years old Good luck

you see when your hunger and its past 8:00 drink water because when your hungery and you don't eat your body feed off the fat and that really help me because im 12 and u used to way 102 pounds and i thought i was fat so i cut dow on my eating drank alot of water and exsersized everyday for about 3 hours and that really helped and now im 80 pounds!!! take this to heart if you want to lose weight

Girl, i feel yuh, i'm 12 too and i really wish i was a lot skinnier! but i have been riding my bike a mile every day for about 2 months now and doing sit ups, pushups, jogging in place, and running it has really helped...a little sweat wont hurt, when you sweat you know it's working so keep going and dont give up!!(:

Me too i am not overweigh as my doctor sayes but i am 4'11. WHich is really short for my age since i am 14 and oi weigh around 117 but my dctor saud for my height i should be around 100 and 98.But the thing is i have a really muscular build so even when i was 80 pounds i looked like i was 90.It depends and i am popluar is about your personality.Don't diet just work out and eat the right foods cut out on sweets and soda. I love snicker but i stopped in order o lose about 20 pounds..............;-):-P
Hey. Dont worry I have the same problem. But im 136lbs and 12.. i see skinny girls in my class and i look at myself sitting there and there are 3 rolls... Im overweight. I get LOTS of support from my mom and step dad. After I told my mom whats wrong she declared a family work out and healthy eating program. We:
- Eat enough fruit and vegies.
- Eat no more than 2000 calories a day.
- Excersize for 2 hr a day. -------------------Weekends 12:00pm - 1:00pm - Weekdays 6:30pm - 7:30pm
- Drink lots of water.
- Eat nothing at all after 8:00pm unless some kind of dinner slow process
- Ask for Salad instead of french fries
- Have one slit of Cake during birthdays and only 2 scoops of icecream on special occasions.
- Test blood suger whenever you can so incolin dosent creat body fat.
- Dessert only 2 times a week.
- Walk or jog or bike around the naighbourhood for 45 mins everyday.
So talk to your mom or dad about this and ask for a family work out session. (: Hope this helps!.

that is my current problem. im 12 and weigh the same as you. it sucks. there should be a support group made or something.

well i used to be fat (not like u no affense) , but then i started 2 do gym nastices and i slimed down a lot but then our school cancelled it so i started getting fat again. So my auntie said try and find something that im good at and that can help me get fit. Then i thought i'm good at hoola hooping and if i do it 10 min it is the minimum i can do. But the thing is u have to keep it up.Also it is not just about exersice it's about eating properly keeping up a diet. And giving yourself treat here and the hopefully this will give you a really good chance of loosing weight.
I have the same problem. I'm 12 yrs old and am 120lb. It seems like all of my friends are twigs. When we all hang out in the summer they are all in bikinis and I'm in a one piece suit trying to hide. No one will admit to me I'm fat. I have tried evry diet. I feel like not eating to lose weight. Please, if there is anyone who can help me I would appreciate.
