I have also had a lot going on the past 3 months and have basically not been able to spend any time at an actual gym while still not loosing track or gaining weight for lack of a regular workout routine! I always know I have at least 2 healthy meals no matter how much I travel and I don't remember the last time I looked at the label for calories rather than ingredients!
It has been over 6 weeks since I stopped isagenix and I continue to have stomache problems which include loose stools on a regular basis and diarrhea.
Not sure why besides maybe limited amount of protein that came with the lean shakes. I am generally a high protein guy given my sports background. I like the product but it ruined my bowels.....
About 7 years ago a friend convinced me to try isagenix.. it worked as it was supposed to although it went against pretty much everything I've ever learned about dieting and nutrition. I did the 1 month long cleanse and lost a lot of weight which felt great but it was an instant gratification type of feeling. Before the cleanse I had a few extra pounds on me but wasn't at all obese - I was regular, healthy and pretty fit. I noticed during the cleanse that it had some effects on my body when it came to digestion. I figured that it was just because it was a cleanse and that my body was purging toxins but the effects carried on after the cleanse finished and have remained ever since. I found ut hard to keep down food after the cleanse was over.. my stomach spasms and I burp a LOT after meals. My bowel moments have changed and only recently have they begun to return to normal. My body hasn't been the same since and I regret doing that stupid cleanse.. I'd strongly advise against doing it. Eat salads and eat clean with all things in moderation. If you want to lose weight stay away from sugar, go light on salt and eat smaller meals more frequently while drinking plenty of water. You don't need and cleanse to be healthy and no especially not this one.. stay away! !!
