The urge to pee is perfectly normal. Sometimes women do actually pee as well as ejaculate. This is also okay, because a woman's bladder and urethra are very close to her vagina, so when the vagina gets stimulated, the bladder sometimes does to. I have peed during orgasm and my boyfriend was fine with it (thank god, because I was embarrassed as hell). Also, the female ejaculate contains some of the same stuff that urine does, just in smaller amounts, which is why it feels and sometimes smells urine-like.
