I had this same problem for 4 months and went crazy trying to improve the situation. My doctor prescribed cortisone cream for the itching. Helped a tiny bit but it kept returning with a vengeance. Sprayed some Bactine on the area presto more itch. The swelling is gone, itching gone, peeling skin gone. I continue spraying twice a day for 5 days now with great success. I believe this is bacterial and doctors are not familiar with this infection. Very painful and annoying. Nice to be able to sleep again. The spray doesn't burn and soothes on contact.

I have had this twice. Take vaseline and after you shower ( make sure your clean and dry) put it in all the folds, make sure everything is covered. When you go pee wipe and put the same annount of vaseline back on. Even when you sleep. There shouldn't be anymore peeling or itching +and for some of you sores(that's where the bleeding is coming from) after about 3 to 4 days. Let me know if this helps.

Use vaseline. I've had it twice now everytime you wipe after using the bathroom put on a good amount everywhere on your vagina. In about 3 to 4 days it should go away. Please let me know if it helped. (You may want to use panty liners. Just use vaseline only though.

You may have hemmroids. A tea tree oil balm helps with that.

Has anyone ever found out what this is?? I have itchy dry cracked skin and it peels too. its worse when i use maxi pads during my period. but i get a funky odor and sometimes is really bad. i am afraid to go to the dr cause I'm only 15 and I'm embarrassed and think its gross. HELP PLEASE

Wow. Same thing is happening to me. But i thought it was an std, i was so scared. I also masturbate alot tho ad now i have small dry spots on my finger tat wont go away. But the itching comes and goes for me. It started as a yeast infection but after 3 different medications the discharge and soft moist peeling is still there. My peeling didnt start until after i lost my virginity a month ago and now i still have discharge. Sometimes my itching is tolerable but other times, i be ready to die. Does anyone know wtf this is?!?!?

Try Young Living essential oils peppermint or Melissa. I prefer Melissa. I have very sensitive skin and even if I get it on my vag it won't hurt me (actually after the burning sensation goes away the itching and pain goes away and you can put some cornstarch in your undies and go on with your day.) I think it's fungal. But not a typical yeast infection.

It Is your infection trying to get out i have had this happen twice while taking med. The infection had to get out and as a women it comens out our vagina.... The discharge you get about everyday is a slimy whiteish clear color and it is our body cleaning itself and if you notice your breakout is starting to clear and eventually it will go away

Im only 13 and it's happening right now ): i want help . I Wish we all knew how to heal it, the last i took a pill from my doctor called daiflucan or something like that and it cleared it up.

If you are getting these symptoms after antibiotic usage. Its a yeast infection. Antibiotics can kill all bacteria even the good kind which because you are dealing with a moist area will cause fungus to grow and this will cause soreness itching abdominal pain irritation skin pealing red tenderness etc.
