I got immediate relief from it by applying coconut oil to head , Had my mom massage me on the head for 5mins and it was normal again .
Why don't you give it a try use a Ayurvedic oil massage ,you can do it yourself .
Don't forget hydrate yourself regularly and eat good fruits .
Take care.
Hi, I wrote in about a month ago. This site seems to be a god sent. I to get dizzy and lightheaded, I have been like this since July last year and lately I an lighthaeded 24/7. I wakeup every day positive though feel the same. I don't get headaches or really other symptoms just a feeling of having a foggy head. The feeling of having a couple of beers. Though I don't drink. It is with me all the time, not so bad sitting or driving but as soon as I move around the feeling is there. I carn't move my head in quick directions, I am very calculated with my movements. I have had to leave my job and going into a shopping center is very difficult. I have finnished my visits at the E.N.T specialist and now waiting for a reply from the hospital to see a neuriologist. I do have an appointment with a private practice but the earliest I can get in is in mid May ( and that is private) I am at a complete loss, I am so sick of going to the Doc's I go at least once a week... I am trying something new i've gone off my seretide medication, I was in hospital last May with puenomia and started it as a preventer, a month later I started getting the dizzy spells, I know it is a long shot and it is only day 3 but doing anything is better then nothing. I have a big cry atleast twice a week to releive some of the stress, otherwise I seem to deal with it. I just want to be normal again, now when I look at people I think they are so so so lucky to have a clear head and don't walk around in a daze all day. I can honestly say if it wasn't for my 4 boys, I just don't know if my life is worth living like this... Thanks for listening everybody and all the best...
